Great place to stay … only 15-20 minutes walk to the old city. Comfortable bed and room. No air-con but has fan and windows open wide did the trick on a hot day. Nice breakfast. Personable and helpful receptionist.

Hotel discreto nella sua complessità. Le camere sono un po' datate negli arredi e qualche elemento avrebbe bisogno di una sostituzione però sono pulite. L'illuminazione è poca sia nelle camere che nella piccola saletta veranda dove abbiamo cenato. La spa è un buon servizio offerto ma allo stesso modo avrebbe bisogno di una controllata (nebbia gelata e lavaggio piedi non funzionanti, alcune lampadine fulminate) La cena consumata è stata buona, anche se un po' grassa nei condimenti. Colazione buona e varia con molti prodotti. Mancava però la descrizione. Non è comunque accettabile, però, che alle 8.45 siamo già finite tutte le brioche ( orario colazione 7.30-10) Buona cordialità e disponibilità da parte del personale. La Trentino guest card, però, deve essere offerta al cliente se non in fase di prenotazione almeno al check in

prenotato telefonicamente opzione camera singola! risposta della signora "ok la abbiamo 70 euro con colazione parcheggio lo trova esterno davanti a struttra " .... arrivo decido di cenare e dopo cena vado a pagare e li continua una sequenza assurda"dove ha messo auto? se le ha messa fuori ok perche se la ha messa dentro se lei poi parte al mattino presto noi siamo chiusi" ....mia risposta "" ho messa fuori dove lei mi aveva consigliato di metterla!!!! quindi n ci sono problemi di vostra chusura la signora della reception nn voglio neanche commentare l approccio ecc ch ha visto il marchese del grillo capira" suo atteggiamento! vado a cena e mi accorgo a fine cena che c era un buffet vedevo persone che andavano a prendere cose in un tavolo in fondo e nessuno mi ha detto nulla ! voto 0

Waren mit einer Radgruppe eine Nacht Vorort. Stoffliges Personal gepaart mit schlechtem Essen. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Lage zentral, aber laut. Fahrradkeller in Garage sehr sicher. Schlauch zum Abspritzen verfügbar. Nie wieder.

My elderly mother stayed. She had a great time with clean and comfortable rooms. Abundant and well cooked food. Helpful reception staff, exceptional waiters Fadill and Jiuly. Recommended for a nice stay.
