We have been members of Archena for many years it never ever disappoints This time we stayed at levante we try to alternate between levante and thermas. The service at the customer desk is incredible a smile and all the information you need. This time we would love to mention Sebastian and Zaira down at the thermal treatments in thermas hotel They were excellent A smile (even at 8.30am) a beautiful and relaxing Archena massage and all with great customer service Honestly it never disappoints The only negative aspect is that we go to Archena to relax we are teachers and we find it quite distressing in the spa pool with kids screaming and jumping and total mayhem at times I wish they could have another town or area because if it’s sold as a relaxing place it can be quite far from it when sometimes you have other peoples kids jumping screaming and misbehaving in an area where it is sold as a relaxing and calming experience .

Our 3rd stay here when visiting Spain. We went up for 3 nights half board. So relaxing we arranged a late check out to 6pm before we headed back to our apartment. We love this place ❤️ . Spa is excellent, food excellent, chilled evening music and rooms are spot on. Ample parking.

Perfectly located 3* hotel, clean, smart, helpful staff. We had 3rd floor rooms, this floor had terrace balconies high walls so not much view but lovely to sit out on a warm evening. The resterant was typical Spanish buffet, lacking in imagination, but none of us left hungry! The hotel has free access to the spa pools, warm water sooo relaxing, nice clean feel lots of sun loungers, we didn't have any massarges or treatments, just relaxed in the pool area.
