Agréable et calme ++
Excellent accueil, chambre propre et confortable bien aménagée tout y est on est autonome et tranquille sans contrainte horaire pour le petit déjeuner qui est déposé le matin donc tout frais. La petite cour intérieure est très agréable et les propriétaires arrangeants

A lovely apartment in a central position, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet courtyard to sit outside and very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Tastefully decorated and within an easy walk to the beach for swimming and boat trips.

Great Location and lovely apartment
A lovely apartment with everything you could need. Very good facilities and close to the beach, restaurants and town centre. Lovely courtyard and very quiet.

Acogedor y céntrico
Muy buena ubicación a 1 minuto del ****** y a 3 minutos de la playa, bonita y acogedora habitación Desayuno en la habitación ya que tiene cafetera de cápsulas , microondas y nevera . Por la mañana te dejan una bolsa con pan fresco y croissants.
Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta de arriba , en caso de tener dificultad de movimiento hay que tenerlo en cuenta ya que el acceso es por una escalera estrecha.
Para el check in ,y facilitar el acceso, mejor indicar que se accede por la verja negra" en lugar de la " puerta negra".

Propriétaires très sympas et arrangeants, j'ai beaucoup apprécié.
5 mn à pied de la gare, 5 mn à pied de la plage.
Studio. propre et agréable.

Trés déçus de notre chambre d'hôtes Villa des T, Arcachon ,pas d'accueil ,aucun contact tout par téléphone ,boite a clés ,odeurs vieilles maisons et vieux mobiliers ,literie inconfortable ( dure ) ,pas envie de mettre ses habits dans l'armoire . le comble le petit- déj ,de pique-nique avec petite table en fer et chaises pliantes , 2 tasses , 2 verres ,assiettes en carton ,couteaux et petites cuillères en bois sur une étagère qu'il faut laver dans le mini-lavabo prés de la douche ,même pas un torchon pour essuyer !!! quant au contenu du petit-déj que des produits de moindre qualité,pains et croissants dans un sac suspendus à la poignée de la porte . Conclusion . mauvaise image loin de représenter l'éthique des chambres d'hôtes !!! arnaques , trop facile de faire de l'argent dans ses conditions ,avec des descriptifs mensongés qui ne correspondent pas .un seul point positif l'emplacement ,mais galère pour le stationnement !!!

Super petite location. Nous avons dormi 2 nuits et tout s est très bien passé. Propre, calme et très bien placé. Petit déjeuner le matin ( déposé devant notre porte ) avec pain encore tout chaud. La salle de bain est récente et propre. Serviettes et radiateur au besoin.. Rien à dire.
