The location of the hotel is ideal. The food at the Atelier is acceptable. There is some good restaurants near by that makes a change of the hotel food. The ski shop is also the ski locker. After a day of ski there is always someone to take care of your boots. A great thing is that boots are not heated (air dried) and are dry for the next day. Customer service is great. Every issue is adressed. The view from the room is breathtaking.

Qualité d’accueil, de service, de prestations parfaits pour la réception, le restaurant, le bar et les chambres. Seul point négatif, le spa: mauvais accueil, massage pas du tout à la hauteur de l’établissement. Mais je retiens la majorité de l’expérience : parfait ! Merci aux équipes qui ont contribué à la magie de notre séjour.

Pour leur première expérience à la montagne nos deux petites filles ont été ravies (et nous aussi!) : personnel attentif et adorable, piscine agréable, situation au pied des pistes (proximité du club pioupiou!), chambre familiale vraiment familiale... Notre séjour a été une vraie parenthèse de confort et nous avons apprécié cette semaine. Le personnel du skishop est également disponible et très gentil : leur aide a été la bienvenue au moment d'équiper les enfants! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine :)

This was our third wonderful holiday at Taj-I Mah, Les Arcs 2000. So many things make our stay memorable and enjoyable. Every member of staff makes us feel valued and welcome. The staff on reception and in the dining room are friendly, professional, helpful and fun to be with. The hotel itself has all the facilities one could wish for and is kept immaculately clean. Breakfast is generous offering a wide selection of hot and cold food. The service, presentation and meals at dinner are faultless. The rooms are large, very comfortable, warm with stunning views and very good wi-fi. For the skier, old and young, I cannot imagine a better location. It is a genuine ski in ski out hotel which also contains a fantastic ski rental service. The staff are so helpful, professional, efficient and fun. Boots are warm and skis are ready outside for you in the morning. There is a free lift at the rear of the hotel to take you to Arcs 1950 and this runs late into the night. The hotel lounge has a welcoming log fire and bar. Outside there is a well furnished terrace to relax and enjoy the sun. The atmosphere is relaxed and not all pretentious. I believe this is due to the efficient running of the hotel with all staff understanding their role. The director Monsieur Thibaud must take credit for the standards, smooth running and ambience we enjoy so much. Already made reservations for next year!!! Thank you to everyone a t Taj-I Mah .......
