Superbe séjour au ski passé dans cet établissement pour leur dernière semaine d’ouverture de la saison hivernale 2025. Personnel très dévoué et à l’écoute de la moindre demande des clients. Côte restauration, nous étions en demi pension, la brigade en cuisine nous a régalé. Un menu digne de grands restaurants. Cuisine très variée et raffinée. Chambre très propres et faites tout les jours par un personnel serviable et souriant. Un établissement à recommander et situé aux pieds des pistes et d’une télécabine pour accéder au village 1950. C’est avec plein de beaux souvenirs que nous sommes partis mais nous savons que nous y reviendrons.

Hôtel superbement situé. Infrastructures au top. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et fait tout pour que vous soyez heureux. Que ce soit le bar, les restaurants, la réception, les voituriers, le personnel d’entretien sans oublier la boutique même lorsque vous avez votre matériel ou le Spa. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour, nous espérons pouvoir revenir l’année prochaine.

Booked two massages at this hotel, which we then had to cancel. We did this on 3 days notice, well before the 24 hour cancellation deadline. We even visited the hotel the day before to check they had received the cancellation communication and we were told our bookings were not on the system. We should have been refunded the €270 we paid. Six weeks on, and several ignored emails later, we have still received no refund. This place is not to be trusted with your money.

We had a super stay over the last 4 days at the Taj I Mah. Everything was perfect. Great staff, attentive & friendly. Lovely bedroom facing the slopes. Nice food. Ski in ski out. Doesn’t get any better.
