Kitchen smell everywhere and very disgusting at restaurant and cafe entrance, sofas not so clean in restaurant and in challet, challet not equipped with water and coffee sachets.

The hotel was disgusting!! I was so disappointed! We had a room where we found wood mite! In the same room, the bed sheets were dirty, yellow!!!! unchanged!!! Even the table wasn’t cleaned! We called the front desk and had the room changed! The sheets in the other room were clean but the toilets stink! The manager knew about the whole situation! He said they will offer us the breakfast to make it up! We didn’t get anything! Honestly, it was the worst experience ever do not recommend! And it’s far from the center

This is absolutely the best hotel in ehden!!! I really enjoyed my stay 😍 it's erfect for couples or friends.. very clean and the staff were so friendly! Will definitely come back here when I'm in Lebanon
