We had the best experience at Arantza. The location, facilities, and surrounding area were all beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great too. I highly recommend visiting Arantza if you're visiting Basque country and are craving a relaxing experience.

Una maravilla. Descanso garantizado: silencio, camas comodisimas....en medio de la naturaleza, con posibilidad de hacer rutas de senderismo preciosas desde el hotel. Desayunos espectaculares. La amabilidad de Alberto insuperable!

Fuimos buscando un lugar donde desconectar de la vorágine del dia a día y del trabajo. Un lugar donde descansar y descansar. Un trato magnífico (gracias Alberto). El entorno, el hotel y el servicio sobresaliente. Un lugar donde encontrar paz y tranquilidad a espuertas.

It was our wedding anniversary. The room were superb, the private spa and real treat. The food was very tasty and the staff were attentive. There was a few things that were disappointing though. First, in the spa area there was a nespresso machine but only plastic tumblers to drink it for. Secondly, the coffee capsules in the room were not original. Thirdly, the package mentioned a welcoming gift but we didn't get anything. When I asked about it, the staff member said it was a glass of wine on the bar between 7pm and 7.30pm. We were never told this and I asked at 8pm after coming back from a walk. The same staff member had advised us on the walk so it's a shame he didn't tell us about the welcoming gift. Then, there were odd items in the room's mini bar, like two bottles of juice but only one bottle of sparkling water. Finally, the hotel should be adults only but when we were going for a walk we saw a couple going to the spa, with children clearly over 10 years old..... Other than that, it was a wonderful opportunity to detox. I'd like to pass my compliments to the lady that carried lut our massages.

Llegar con noche cerrada crea muchas expectativas aun conociendo la zona . Cena en la habitación con todo lujo de detalles . Esperar al amanecer para descubrir lo que viene después . La paz que transmite la vista desde la habitación . Un placido baño con agua del Manantial . Sin prisas . Disfrutando de cada momento . Spa al atardecer . La cena con calma simplemente perfecta . Alberto gracias x todo nos vemos pronto . Joanes gracias x disfrutar con lo que haces xq nos haces disfrutar a los demás ….. ❤️♥️

Definitivamente es un hotel precioso con unos acabados increíbles y sobre todo habitaciones muy agradables y reconfortante. Sin duda alguna una de las mejores experiencias que vivir ya que tiene unas camas exquisita y suavecitas, sus vistas son increíbles una comida muy deliciosa y gustosa

He recibido ofertas de dinero por Telegram a cambio de poner me gusta en esta página de Tripadvisor. Las opiniones de este lugar ya no me parecen de fiar por lo que recomiendo a todos el mundo no hacer demasiado caso a la información. Adjunto foto

Hotel pésimo. No lo recomiendo, ya que hay otras opciones de hoteles o alojamientos mucho mejores en la zona. El desayuno muy repetitivo y de poca calidad, mejor desayunar en la cafetería cercana a un mejor precio y una mayor calidad de productos.
