Me and my husband had a great Christmas there with are kiddos. We love the people that work there all so very sweet. We will be going back really soon

The room was nice and cold... but the bathtub wouldn't drain, tv was not working properly, phone in the room didn't work, ice machines weren't working and then to top off the experience the bathroom door wouldn't open and maintenance took forever to get to the room.

Our room was never cleaned so no one picked up dirty towels or brought clean towels and linens. We went to desk and told them and they asked us if we put the dirty towels on the hallway. Did not know we had to do that to get clean towels but don’t know what had to be done to get beds made with clean linens.

My experience at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever had and the manager at the front desk made zero attempts to resolve the problem. I had to go to work the night before and I attempted to call the hotel multiple times to tell them to save the room. I called the hotel twice and let the phone ring many times and nobody answered. The next morning when I showed up the manager tells me that I will get charged for the room. However, my room is sold out and there’s no rooms. Now mind you at this time I hadn’t had any sleep more than 24 hours. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. The manager was rude and she made zero attempts to reconcile. I will never go back and I advise all others not to stay there.

Over priced. Bathroom door would not shut. Only one elevator worked. Stayed for 3 nights asked to have the room cleaned never happened couldn’t even get them to empty the trash can in the room.

Poor stay
Unfortunately this was a poor stay. I have never had any issues with Fairfield Inn & Suites but this location was a first. The hotel and room itself was clean and comfortable but the customer service or rather lack of was extremely disappointing. Our room was not ready for check in at 3pm. We were not given a room until 6pm. We were told they were short staffed. And I would normally understand but when I see the cleaning staff conversating in the hallway and walking around eating pizza. Then it becomes lack of urgency to accommodate the customer. And I find that as the worst hospitatlity.
