Muy bien ubicado. Hotel correcto en instalaciones, las 4 estrellas son por el desayuno y por las instalaciones. Por personal, sin duda, 5 estrellas, tanto recepción como la chica del bufet de desayuno de 10. Entiendo que es un 3 estrellas por eso tampoco le podemos pedir mas. Muy buena experiencia y cuando volvamos a Aranjuez iremos allí.

El hotel está bien, es un 3 estrellas con buenas habitaciones al otro lado de Aranjuez. Súper tranquilo al lado de la plaza de toros. Pero lo cogí con desayuno y por escasa variedad, baja calidad y que zumo y cafés no hay quien se los beban… deberían currarse más el desayuno, es muy pobre. Por lo demás buena selección de hotel.

La ubicación no está mal. Cerca del centro. Las habitaciones algo justas de espacio. La limpieza aceptable. Las toallas del baño eran como el papel de fumar y en vez de haber un dispensador de jabón y champú nos dejaron unos sobres. El desayuno buffet regular.Pocas cosas para elegir y la bollería estaba dura.

El personal encantador, la comida muy buena, las habitaciones muy limpias. Hemos pasado 6 días, que no han repetido el menu y que siempre han estado dispuestos a satisfacernos. Enhorabuena por tan buen equipo.

Hotel de 3*, que cumple de sobra con su catalogación. Instalaciones muy limpias y nuevas. Camas muy cómodas. Baños completos, incluido bidet, y bien equipados. La decoración sencilla pero muy bonita. Y muy importante, para mí, sin malos olores, y muy tranquilo y acogedor, para descansar bien .

Estuve alojada en el hotel por 10 días por motivos de trabajo y fue una experiencia estupenda. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están muy limpias. El personal es muy profesional y extremadamente amable, especialmente Mirayda del restaurante y Dana de la recepción que fueron súper atentas, trabajadoras, muy serviciales y amabilísimas. Gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa.

El hotel está muy bien en general. El trato del personal es excelente y cordial. Nos ayudaron e informaron en todo momento con mucha amabilidad. Nos aconsejaron varios sitios para comer, siendo para mi el mejor el restaurante que esta al lado del hotel.

Hotel muy bueno para conocer Aranjuez y de paso visitar el parque Warner. Éramos 4 personas y teníamos 2 habitaciones individuales pero conectadas entre sí. Habitaciones amplias. Sólo sirven desayuno, normal sin más.,pero merece la pena destacar la atención del camarero Alejandro, pendiente de si necesitas algo.

Hotel muy simple ,la habitación no estaba mal, Parecía que la habían decorado recientemente pero la camas no , eran dos unidas súper bajas con unos colchones malísimos ,un baño antiguo . No merece la pena pagar por el desayuno literalmente es el más escaso que visto nunca …Una bandeja con una Tira de mortadela una de chorizo una de Jamón York y otra de queso para el dulce otra bandeja con croissant ,napolitanas y magdalenas
