Отель супер, питание отличное - много мяса, рыбы, овощей, фруктов, закусок. Бассейны с минеральной водой, лежаки, полотенца выдают, крытые бассейны, теплые ванны, разные сауны, циркулярный душ, все работает. Также есть платные услуги СПА. Деньги меняли на ресепшене. Есть детская площадка, детская комната. Отдыхали там толпой родственников - приехали из разных стран чтобы увидеться.

Though it is priced like a 5 star, the hotel was nowhere near that (more like 3), and the service has absolutely horrible. My pregnant wife and I stay there with our kids. We got a room where the air conditioning was clearly not functional (80 degrees all night despite working for 12 hours), and the staff absolutely refused to acknowledge the issue. They simply that its sunnier where that room is located and we shouldnt expect it to cool down. When I asked them why its priced the same in that case, they wouldnt even answer the question. Absolutely ridiculous. Typical customer service for this region. Do not stay here.

Extrêmement déçue ! Environnement pas du tout reposant ! En couple nous voulions nous poser pour profiter de la piscine , des saunas , du jacuzzi… impossible car tout est accessible aux enfants ! Faire un sauna avec des cris d’enfants c’est pas possible , l’espace aquatique devrait être encadré correctement par le personnel et une tranche horaire dans la journée dédiée aux enfants, il faut que tout le monde soit satisfait, les petits comme les grands . Cet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles, 250€ pour une nuit et ne pas pouvoir profiter des infrastructures c’est du vol .

Nous avons réservé la suite prestige. Il s'agit de la chambre la plus cher de l'établissement, Le prix pour une nuit se rapproche du salaire mensuel moyen du pays. Donc on s'attend à des prestations particulièrement hautes. Eh ben détrompez-vous. Les murs de la chambre sont lézardés, le tapis sur la grande terrasse ne sont pas fixés et bougent avec le vent. le support pour le papier toilette est cassé, une prise électrique n'est plus fixée sur le mur et laisse les fil apparent. Sans parlé des buses d'hydromassage du jacuzzi qui sont recouvertes de crasse. Croyez-moi, il ne s'agit pas de détails, mais de choses qui sautent aux yeux. Alors quand je lis dans les commentaires sur google que des personnes notes qu'elles y ont passé les meilleures vacances dans le meilleur hôtel 5 étoiles qu'ils ont vu. je me dis qu'ils n'ont pas du faire beaucoup de 5 étoiles dans leur vie, Afin de donner une chance à la direction de connaitre les défaut de son hôtel, je me suis rendu à la réception afin de montrer les photos que j'ai fait dans la chambre. Le manager est venu écouter ce que j'avais à dire, en me répondant simplement qu'il était désolé que mon expérience dans son hôtel n'aie pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes et il m'a royalement fait 10% de rabais sur ma chambre. Concrètement on parle donc de 40.- euros. No comment!

Hotel is nice, clean.. food is good and pools and sliders are interesting. Except the Gymboree not too many activities for kids. Also first time in my life I experienced that when I do check out I’m supposed to leave hotel immediately and not able to use swimming pool later?!? In any other hotel there are places to leave bags, continue using hotel activities and even a bathrooms to take shower change clothes. Telling a guest the leave the hotel right after check out is rude

It's old 5 star hotel with very poor management. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Definitely not worth the money. Bad smell in many areas including SPA. Trash is everywhere. Food at the pool is prepared at very high temperatures without proper sanitary equipment for the staff. We found hair in our burger. Toilet at the pool not regularly cleaned. In general they did not seem to care about customer service. We will definitely avoid in future.

Hygiene at common places is extremely low, particularly around the pool and SPA. Smell of drinking water in SPA area of mold. I would definitely not recommend taking kids to kids club. Our little one got severe diarrhea. Otherwise Aqua park is nice as its not crowed. Although you need to watch for your small kids as there was no lifeguard around the kids pool and kids were bumping at each other which can be dangerous.

Its by far the best hotel and hotel chain in Serbia. I have been going to this hotel for almost 15 years, ever since it reopened and it has never waivered in service, cleanliness, hospitality, great food and services... A lot of my friends tell me that its sooooo expensive. To that i can only say two things. 1. Places that were discovered yesterday have overjumped them in prices and in prices alone. 2. I absolutely know what i am getting there for my money and i would gladly pay it every time!

Everything is at a high level (accommodation, food, spa, services...). When you add a very nice Bukulja mountain nearby - walking distance (with hiking possibilities and fantastic viewpoint on the top), famous park on the other side of the street, nothing is missing.
