The best part is 2 minutes walk from the beach Secondly, the bathroom facilities are great! The water pressure is super big ~ However, there is almost no wireless network signal, not only in the room but also on the balcony. Also, the room service was average, and once I completely forgot my order.

Cottages are not cool from inside but outside and look is just beautiful. Peaceful and calm, this is attached to beach shacks “Sand Banks” amazing view. Though cottages are not having such facilities like hot water, bedside charging point or small tables etc but value for money. Staffs are also polite and helpful. One of the employees Mr. Prathamesh must say that he is too good at work and helpful since I was a solo traveler he took good care hats off and The owner of the property is also helpful. 5 star ⭐️

We have booked the room on the top floor with the ocean view. Not the hotel of the dream, but it was clean, hot water 24 hours, no insects! By the surprise there was not a balcony in the room, but we were sure it should be in our room type, but some people use the common balcony to dry the clothes). It was super, that the beach and the cafes were very close to the hotel! Nice view also is good point of this place🫶

Room and Property was well maintained. Food was tasty. Needs improvement in the following areas: 1-Breakfast needs to have more variety everyday. 2-In room dining takes a lot of time to arrive. Reduce service time by 20 mins. 3-Thali system should be included in menu. it would be easy for a group of 10 to order instead of ordering multiple seperate dishes.
