Excellent guest house, a couple of minutes to the beach, everything is close, cafes, shops. Delicious breakfast, fruits. Friendly hosts, a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Everything is great!

We have booked the room on the top floor with the ocean view. Not the hotel of the dream, but it was clean, hot water 24 hours, no insects! By the surprise there was not a balcony in the room, but we were sure it should be in our room type, but some people use the common balcony to dry the clothes). It was super, that the beach and the cafes were very close to the hotel! Nice view also is good point of this place🫶

Nice hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the beach. There is a grocery store 2 meters from the hotel entrance, there is also a currency exchange office, a fruit stand, and a pharmacy nearby. It’s only a 1-2 minute walk away 😀 I think it’s an ideal location. I lived in a room without air conditioning, a fan was absolutely enough

All complaints to the boss. We booked one room and were given another. They spat and wanted to pay extra so as not to argue. But the price was quoted at 3000 more than this number was on sale at that time. There was no desire to endure and agree so much. Fortunately, they changed the originally proposed closet without windows and a balcony for a room of 15 kV. 25 meters instead of the booked ones.
As a result, the room ended up with a sewer smell, no cleaning, no change of towels, and a rusty refrigerator.
When booking, please check in advance which room you will get! In the photo/description and in reality there are two big differences.
The only pluses are constantly hot water and friendly restaurant staff.
The photo shows the room that we were offered as a 25 m2 deluxe with a balcony, which we booked. There is no smell of luxury here)))
