Excellent reception structure, including the service provided by the staff.
However, the structure of the rooms is very poor. I got a room on the top floor, with the following problems:
Dirty and moldy curtains
Moldy walls, especially the window, making the smell unbearable.
The bed mattress looked like a "canoe", completely unusable, for an IBIS hotel level
The fridge was noisy and didn't cool.
Bathroom shower with little water coming out.
NOTE: Clearly a lack of diligence, supervision and management. On this day there was a UDOP event in Araçatuba, where the hotel was almost 100% occupied. People's complaints were identical to the ones I am reporting.
