The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! A rede Go Inn é maravilhosa ,quartos confortáveis,café da manhã muito farto....e estrutura muito boa para quem quer algo a mais academia piscina.....Jô final de semana.... Mas também não posso deixar de falar do atendimento desde as camareiras a recepção..particularmente são educadas e simpáticas...me lembro aquii...quem quiser resolver algo chame Carol e Rafaela elas são incríveis....
