We took a standard double room with a view over the river. It was a bit cramped and another time I would book a larger one. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The car park may seem expensive but it’s worth paying for the convenience of being part of the hotel in a town short of parking spaces. The car park entrance is in rue de la Vieille Grange, just past the hotel on the left as you drive along the quayside.

The stay was lovely mostly: clean, comfortable and the staff were gravious and helpful.
They are doing a lot of upgrading so there are workmen and noise during the day. Also thevrooms that look over the river get traffic noise.

This is a very nice place to stay in Libourne and the staff is very nice. We had an unfortunate problem in our trip, and they manage to help us solve it very efficiently.

Hotel direkt am Fluss. Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer. Wir hatten eines mit Balkon. Voll ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Es gibt etwa 20 Parkplätze zum Hotel. Reservieren konnte man nicht. Hatten aber kein Problem einen zu bekommen. Personal war manchmal überfordert und nicht gut ausgebildet. Alles in allem aber Ok.

Nous y avons séjourné pour une nuit de transition durant nos vacances. Très bel hôtel, propre et refait à neuf récemment. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. Le personnel très agréable et de bons conseils concernant les choses à voir dans la ville, les restaurants et même ou se garer. Belle vue des chambres côté Dordogne. Juste la notre, la 202 était un peu bruyante entre le passage des voitures et la sonnerie de l'ascenseur mais rien de grave.

Tout est bien l’emplacement en bord de Dordogne, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres et joliment décorées. J’ai eu la chance d’avoir un balcon donnant sur la Dordogne. Les espaces communs sont très bien avec une belle terrasse extérieure.

Clean and comfortable bed. Small and Modern beautiful Interior dining room. No USB outlet.Wife speed was terribly slow. When we checked in hotel at night WiFi didn't work at all.But next morning started work again at very slow speed.
