Très belle expérience, accueil très chaleureux, chambre parfaite et très propre, spa et détente à la hauteur de nos besoins avec la superbe vue sur la baie, une eau salée bénéfique qui aurait été au top avec quelques degrés supplémentaires cependant cela ne nous a pas empêché de se détendre et d’en profiter pleinement, p’tit déjeuner parfait et à foison avec une vue également sur la baie.
Merci c’était vraiment un très bon week-end, nous reviendrons et recommandons les yeux fermés 😊

Hôtel plein centre idéalement situé ..bon accueil ..
…chambre spacieuse avec une très bonne literie et coin salon..propreté ..spa magnifique et très complet ..je n’ai aucune critique à faire si ce n’est peut être une cafetière nespresso dans la chambre qui serait bienvenue..nous y reviendrons

This is a very luxury hotel with many facilities and located at side of the beach. You can reach to most of restaurants and get everything you need. The room is very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The spa and fitness facilities are absolutely fantastic that all guests can walk out from spa to the beach. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend people to stay here if they visit Saint Jean-de-Luz.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel et tout était parfait: - décoration à la fois simple te raffinée (dans les chambres le restaurant et les communs) - literie excellente - salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne très spacieuse - excellent petit déjeuner que nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir prendre sur la terrasse face à la mer avec toutefois un petit reproche (en tant que lève tard): le buffet est fermé à 10h30 tapante - le diner en terrasse face à la mer était bon et romantique - et bien sûr sans oublier la gentillesse de toute l'équipe

We had a wonderful stay beginning with a couples treatment- parenthèse beauté- which was very relaxing. Dinner was also wonderful- the chef made a special effort to accommodate me, as I am vegan. It y it s very rare to have a 3 course meal in France as a vegan and I really appreciated it! The room was really nice and the pool/spa area is probably one of the best I have visited! Can’t wait to come back!

La chambre est superbe avec beaucoup de rangements, ce qui est très appréciable. La décoration est soignée et la propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est très agréable. Mais.... Nous avions une chambre au RDC et à 5h30, nous étions réveillés par les camions de livraisons puis par les camions poubelles. Et ces allers-retours de camions étaient incessants donc très désagréables. Je déconseille donc les chambres au RDC. Ma fille avait 12 ans moins 15 jours et n'avait donc pas accès à l'espace "aquatique". Pourtant, je m'y suis rendue 3 jours de suite et des enfants y étaient sans que personne ne dise rien. Je me suis même permise de demander l'âge à un jeune homme qui barbotait et il avait 9 ans ! Je suis donc assez choquée qu'on refuse l'accès à certains mais pas à d'autres. Même constat pour les maillots de bain homme puisque mon mari s'est rendu à la boutique pour acheter le maillot réglementaire mais qu'un monsieur est venu deux jours de suite avec un shorty. Si je n'ai rien dit c'est parce que je n'ai rien contre ces personnes et que je ne souhaitais pas qu'on les exclut de l'espace. J'ai laissé ma fille dans la chambre pour 15 jours de moins que 12 ans et vous avez été inflexible sur ma demande. Je respecte les règles mais ai-je eu raison de demander? En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, il est gratuit en haut pour les moins de 12 ans mais pas en bas....Cette règle aussi est incompréhensible. Mon séjour reste néanmoins un très bon souvenir.
