Fiquei extremamente feliz em fazer o checkout. Lugar horrível. Chuveiro quente não funcionava, manchas de mofo em todo canto, lugar barulhento, péssimo atendimento. Nojento descreve bem. Piscina sem nenhuma manutenção. Não aconselho ninguém.

O pior é o atendimento. Mas o café, barulho, quartos também são ruins. Ar condicionado não funciona, banho quente só as vezes, reposição no café limitado, apenas uma funcionária no café e acaba pratos, café, comidas e não conseguem repor. Fiquei 3 dias e todos eram assim, não foi um acaso. Diária de 500,00 não vale 200,00.

Sem piso no banheiro, quarto com muito cabelo e larvas. Inconcebível o vaso com sangue e cabelos. Solicitei extorno a gerencia e foi passado que como foi utilizado o quarto iria fazer o extorno apenas de 100 reais. Nunca fiz criticas mas diante da omissão na resolutividade tive que deixar aqui para que outras pessoas n passem por isso ou o hotel melhore
