The hotel is in the Wadi Rum scenic area. At the entrance of the scenic area, I met a bunch of tour guides who were promoting the scenic spots. I was almost cheated by them. After driving into the scenic area, I drove 2 kilometers and drove to the end of the asphalt road. As a result, the tires sank directly into the sand. As a result, I had to pay someone to help pull it out. After calling the hotel, they sent someone to guide me to park and then used the hotel's car to pick me up to the hotel. Check-in was a bit tortuous. Fortunately, the hotel has a good location and beautiful scenery, but the Wi-Fi is slow. The hotel provides a lot of breakfast and dinner options, which can be full. The room hygiene is average, and the staff are very polite.

Luxus wird bekanntlich verschieden definiert. Das Essen war lecker, grosse Auswahl und gute Küche, leider führt das überdimensionale Essenszelt zu extremen Wiederhall, was nicht sehr angenehm ist da jedes Wort wiederhallt. Die Lage ist super, ruhig gelegen, an keiner Strasse gelegen sondern mitten im WadiRum. Die Ausflüge sind, wie die Unterkunft, zu teuer. Die Bubbles sind hübsch eingerichtet, leider ohne Kühlschrank. Sehr angenehm ist die nicht vorhandene „beschallung“ durch Musik, es ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, das Camp sauber und gepflegt. Den Dieselgenerator, welcher die ganze Zeit läuft, ist etwas vom Camp entfernt, somit nicht gross hörbar. Die Lounge unter dem Fels ist sehr angenehm, der Service war bei uns leider alleine und somit mit unserer Gruppe etwas überfordert.

Only stayed one night but it was the highlight of a week long trip across Jordan. We slept in a panoramic tent/dome, which appears to be made of Perspex, so is very warm, however, with air conditioning, the room is perfect to lie on the bed and simply see the stars above. We did a two hour 4 wheel drive at sunset (started at 5pm) which was a good choice, as the weather was cooling down and also, made for good photos. Returning after subset, we visited the restaurant area for a nice wide-ranging buffet meal. Overall, great location and experience.

Never in all our years of travelling have I had a hotel cancel our booking on us. Without warning 4 weeks out this hotel just cancelled our stay without any warning or explanation. Why say a room is available when it's not- or they had someone better come stay with them! We booked many months in advance. Don't bother bookings- it's not worth the stress!

The best experience in Jordan as I arrived here in very a stressed condition having been assaulted at another camp (Sunset Colourful Camp) Ahmad calmly assured me I was safe and protected at this beautiful Camp. The domes, the dining the cafe the hiking and Jeep Tour so perfect. I will NEVER forget their kindness in making sure I felt safe and cared for. They would accept no payment! Just incredible….I am a Canadian solo senior lady and have had beautiful experiences around the world. memories Aicha Luxury Camp is on that list Please contact me if you have any questions about this perfect Camp

4.5/5 Was a perfect night. Good ambience. Got a good guide for the jeep tour and over all trip was very comfortable. We stayed in the bubble for once much. If you want a light free ambience go for the normal tent. Bubble will have little bit light from the top even if you put curtain. But it's a wonderful experience in the middle of the desert. They provided an almost 5 star grade dinner and their rock cafe ambience is awesome! Morning breakfast also was nice.
