The worst experience in cleaning, bathrooms in social areas were always dirty and without toilet paper. We complained with the reception and nobody did anything. The hotel looks old and there’s a lack of housekeeping and bad service everywhere.

The hotel is 13km outside Aqaba centre and, despite advertising a shuttle bus service, offers none on weekends and only twice a day on weekdays. Information on the service was hard to obtain, involving multiple enquiries at reception. Supposedly a 5star hotel, the en-suite bathroom was tiny and smelt of sewage. The staff’s knowledge of English was generally poor - in the restaurant we had to ask five different waiters for a pot of boiled water and a teabag before someone finally understood our (not particularly odd) request.

Geweldig, prachtige accomodatie, super gastvrije mensen en heel behulpzaam! 4 mooie zwembaden en super schoon, een lekkere strandbar (baywatch) met goed eten en drinken, een leuke sfeer zelfs voor de weinig mensen die er op dit ziin. Echt een aanrader

Although the hotel is ideally situated, it was too large and impersonal for our taste. Compared to other hotel experiences, we found the service to be slow and lackluster. The food was acceptable but not exceptional. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and sea, but the door lock didn’t function properly and we had to repeatedly ask for new keys. The pools and terrace area are lovely and it is the best beach on the Red Sea. Would be great for families with children, but very difficult for people with any mobility issues, as there are many stairs and levels. You can walk in a few minutes to the Village of Tala Bay Which has nice restaurants and an interesting marina.

It was a wonderful and comfortable experience. The food was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was well-organized and beautiful. The place has everything you need. I highly recommend visiting Grand talabay hotel….

This hotel exceeded our expectations with service, amenities, comfort and food. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional: everything was fresh and tasty. I recommend staying there when visiting Red sea in Jordan.

Друзья, хотел поделиться своим опытом поездки в Иорданию и конкретно в Grand tala bay resort. Во-первых, это моя первая поездка в Иорданию и впечатления о стране и людях эксремально положительно. У нас не было ниодной неприятной или конфликтной ситуации. Во-вторых, залив Акаба как всегда прекрасен в марте. Я несколько раз был в Эйлате именно в марте. Мы отдыхали неделю и весь комплекс фактически принадлежал только нам, людей не было - только заезжие туристы, путешествующие из Египта в Петру. Великолепной отношение, хороший сервис, вкусная еда и ее реально много!!! Спасибо отдельно официантке Еве за утренний кофе и хорошее начало дня. Я читал отзывы об отеле и хочу сказать, что у нас все было хорошо. Да отель не новый, возможно где-то плитка требует ремонта, но нам не было до этого дела. Номер убирали хорошо, воду, косметику и полотенца давали в неограниченном количестве. Один раз оставили чаевые номер убрали на 5+. Номер был напротив моря, открывался шикарный вид, спасибо отелю за это. Территория огромная - есть где погулять замечательная бухта, замечательный сувенирный магазин, продуктовый и алкомаркет, но цены на алкоголь дорогие, но мы взяли с собой:) Понравилась пиво "Петра". Море чистое, пляж чистый, заход в море каменистый, но в тапках все отлично, ежей не видели. Отличные бассейны, работал 1 с подогревом, нам двоим было достаточно:) Ездили самостоятельно в Петру за водителя на отличной машине с заездом в пустыню заплатили 200 долларов. Деньги меня в отеле, тажке их можно поменять в продуктовом магазине. Курс нормальный, но в аэропорту был даже лучше. От трасфера из Акабы в Амамман 3.5 часа не устали. В целом, считаю отель можно рассматривать как для индивидуального и семейного отдыха. Спасибо большое персоналу за приятные моменты.
