The toilet seat was not clean

Worst option in Aqaba ever, they keep ignoring feedback emails and are not willing to even address the negative behaviour demonstrated by most of their team. Security staff is extremely rude and a general lack of customer service. Not even a courtesy to respond to feedback email to address the problem. A hotel that's doesn't care about its customers. Will never book in it again

This the second stay for me here in Movenpick city Aqaba, I always choose to stay here, you will feel like you are in your second home, I would like to say they have an amazing employee at reception ( Haneen Mushtaha ) from reception, she was very professional with us.

I had an amazing stay here as always Movenpick City Aqaba the beat place for families l, and this back to the fronk office Dep specially Manager Taher Semreen he did an amazing job with all these Occupancy and also big thanks for Haneen and Baraa they wew professional with us

They really had the worst customer satisfaction ever, I was trying to explain how bad my stay is and the unprofessional employees kept telling me it’s the policy with no sense. This hotel before was a 5-stars but now I think they should go 3-stars. DO NOT waste your money here.

A very good example of bad hotel, unprofessional employees, poor service and broken equipment!!! I arrived at 8:00 am and was supposed to check in upon arriving based on the reservation but the front desk told me that my check in will be at 1:00 pm and they will handle every thing since I’ll be outside, at that time. when I returned the same employee at the front desk told me that my check in would be at 4:00 pm . I asked about the dinner and she instructed me to go to a closed restaurant then told me to check where I can had my dinner while she was aware that my reservation was full board and I can had my meal in all outlets, the superior room was an ordinary room and the phone was broken !!! I was not able to get my bag until 4:45 pm and I take it by myself since the card delivered to the front desk in the morning was lost. The only good service was check out next day at 6:30 am as it took one only minute!!!!
