It's okay, it's quite decent and clean, but the price is still a bit high and the food is okay. The location is good, and the soundproofing of the hotel is okay! ! ! !

The hotel has no parking they park in the middle of the street at your own responsibility although they are claiming that the hotel offers free parking additionally the bar and spa are not in operation and they don't inform you before booking

Freindly, safe and helpful
I ended up having to extend my stay and chose Oryx. Very high level of service, excellent breakfast, everyone very attentive. Sliding glass door to balcony needed the lock repaired; was fixed in 10 minutes with a call to the front desk. All in all a very good experience there. Would reccomend.

The staff of the hotel makes the difference staying in this hotel. Nidal the F and B Manager exceed the guest expectation. Very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the Filipina waitress in the lobby bar for the excellent service sorry didn’t catch her names .Mohami the HK supervisor was exceptional for the quick response for the room turnover. Will come back in this hotel for the staff efficiency and friendliness. Thank you

The stay was perfect i travelled all over the world but i never find the same service snd expereience in other hotel Hk team especislky Marwan was winderfull the rooms was clean and spacious the front offuce team was helpful and everythung was perfect Thsnks for all
