One of wonderful places with very good hospitality in Aqaba i enjoyed the stay so far and haved good stay with friendly staff and gentle receptionist and the the shuttle bus service was so helpful and fast deliver to any places for free. and the swimming pool was clean

Nice place kindly stuff very polite and fast reception. the place is very clean And there is a very comfortable shuttle bus service I did not find it in other hotels. The breakfast buffet has many options and meets everyone’s desires. There is a cute cat named Maha she made our stay cutest when we playing with her. thanks for all. .

Great location and superb shuttle service. Despite the tired room decor we enjoyed our stay. Would have be nice to be given a map showing local sites to explore on foot or shuttle. Lovely staff in general. Just one unhelpful waitress pointing out salad option for vegetarians. No hot food offered in the buffet. She insisted soup was veg and I almost ate it until I saw chunks of meat floating around! No apology and she made no effort to help. Eventually, when others in the group also complained, the head chef arrived and kindly cooked a separate veg dish for us for the next two nights. Most grateful to Wael Ghanem for checking on us, ensuring we were satisfied with the options. Had to pay for drinks (even water) which hadńt arrived until the end of our meal by the same waitress! Others beside us were served before us even though we were first to order. When questioned why we couldn’t order individual cups of water instead of a large bottle like guests on the next table, she dismissed and said it’s different for them. Inconsistent service. Overly-priced drinks at hotel bar forced us to drink out instead of using facilities on site.

We had booked three rooms for five nights under the travel agent I Jordan. My team was in the hotel rooms when I arrived to discuss the logistics of the arrival of our guests. The hotel manager refused to let me go to the team room because I was not booked in the hotel!! I respect the hotel rules but it seems I had no connections with the hotel staff or manager because a day before he himself allowed other colleagues , who had no reservation in the hotel, to go to the rooms of our team!!!! This is called double standards and corruption!!! Rules are rules whether you know the manager or not!!!! I’m looking forward to hearing any explanation of what happened!! Thank you Sufian Na’wash

The hotel was amazing it is close to everything and the staff is super friendly, rooms are clean and tidy! What i like the most is the transportation service from the hotel to anywhere inside aqaba and all the way back to hotel that was a very good experience and i will definitely go again ❤️ thank you Amer for taking care of our group and big thank for the GM George dababneh for his support

Delicious food and a good service ﮼ best trip ever ﮼ recommend this place for a family trip and the location of the hotel is near the mall and Ayla ﮼ and the lunch at Zaytona is very delicious and we need to visit the hotel again ﮼ the rice of the main dish is very yummy
