Esternamente niente da dire parcheggio sia davanti hotel che in garage, accoglienza molto professionale e camera nell’ambito pulizia molto buona. Purtroppo stanze poco insonorizzate difatti avevamo vicini con bambina che ci sembrava essere lì con noi e questo toglie molti punti all’hotel.Colazione poco fornita in più se si richiedevano uova si doveva pagare 5€!!!! A parte questo siamo nella sufficienza non considerandolo certamente hotel quattro stelle.

Scelto a caso su booking è stato una piacevole sorpresa, molto bello l hotel ,pulito e con parcheggio coperto, comodo per le piste da sci. Il personale è molto gentile. Ottima la possibilità di avere in loco il ristorante Jimmi che offrendo ottimi piatti a prezzi onesti.

Hotel a 4 stelle ma sarebbe da 3.Personale gentilissimo ,ma struttura non è adeguata per un 4 stelle.Si potrebbe migliorare il menù della cena per chi sceglie la mezza pensione e nella stanza andrebbe bene un bollitore per un tè o un caffè, colazione Ok.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti per smartworking/snow, ed ogni servizio è stato impeccabile. -connessione wifi ottima per chi dovesse usare Pc. -camere molto eleganti e tipiche, io alloggiavo nella suite Zeno Coló. - parcheggio auto in garage, ideale per non avere congelamenti mattutini. -camera subito pronta all'arrivo, dettaglio importantissimo. -presente una piccola spa con bagno turco e sauna, ideale in quanto essendo piccola è riservabile per singola stanza con dovuta privacy. -presente deposito sci/snowboard. -buona colazione. -posizione perfetta per chi scia, praticamente attaccati agli impianti del palabione. Ringrazio personalmente anche il gestore che si è reso disponibile per miei problemi personali, cosa non da tutti.

Hotel di lusso in stile montano, molto curato nei dettagli oer soddisfare al meglio gli ospiti. In zona centrale e comodissimo per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni del luogo. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente!

Eccellente albergo in pieno centro, a un passo dagli impianti sciistici e dal Parco Nazionale delle Orobie. Servizio inappuntabile. Camere in puro stile montano con comodo balcone solivo individuale. Ambiente sauna e bagno turco. Parcheggio coperto

Este Hotel es increible!!! Vengo de Catalunya y ha valido la pena hacer tantos Kilometros para llegar hasta aquí. La gente es adorable y simpatica, muy profesionales. Es muy agradable estar aqui. Te sientes como en casa!! Lo recomiendo 10/10!!!!

Fine settimana trascorso presso questa struttura, carino accogliente e pulito, personale gentile, colazione nella media, utile il box a disposizione qualità prezzo nella media, buona la posizione in centro e a cinque minuti a piedi dalle piste

Hotel che si presenta come un 4 stelle, ma nella realtà più di un 3 stelle non è. La cucina non è assolutamente all'altezza, ed il personale sembra smarrito. Le camere standard non sono così accoglienti, senza nemmeno una luce da comodino. Non ci tornerei.
