I was very disappointed after booking a weekend getaway with my daughter that this Spa hotel had NO spa!!! Even though it was listed on their site with a number to call and book a service, After 8 voice messages left with the spa & no return calls I called the hotels front desk to find out the spa had been closed!!! I explained that it was still on their website with a phone # listed, he could not explain why & simple apologized.

I appreciate that the rooms are thoughtfully appointed with things one might need, such as magnified make-up mirror, make-up remover, q-tips, umbrella and robes. The mini fridge has items for sale that are reasonably priced as well. The beds are comfortable and most of all, the black out shades are excellent and rooms are very quiet!! I have never been able to sleep in at a hotel but can here!

No amenities on Sunday
This would have been a 5 Star but for one thing: none of the amenities advertised, and for which we chose this hotel over a national chain, were open on Sunday. We couldn’t even order room service. There was no gift shop or vending. No restaurant. No spa services. The hotel was clean and well kept, but if you are needing amenities on a Sunday choose another hotel.
