I made an all-in-exclusive reservation, and it was great because I could enjoy a course meal for dinner and a buffet for lunch and breakfast, and I also loved that the rides and swimming pool were free.

So the hotel was very good, the only problem was the reservation, I booked with trip with private jacuzzi, and when I arrived at the hotel there was no reservation with jacuzzi but only a basic room. I saw the reservation at the hotel so the error came from trip. They only reimbursed me 293 euros while the rooms without jacuzzi were at least 500 euros less.. Really disappointed, I don't think I'll book again on trip. But the hotel was great!!

Review for Stella Island We spent our honeymoon at Stella Island – what was supposed to be the most beautiful and carefree time of our lives. Unfortunately, the disappointments far outweighed the highlights. Positive: • The resort looks stunning at first sight, like something straight out of Instagram. • The staff is generally friendly and polite. • As a small gesture for our honeymoon, we were offered a villa for one night – definitely a highlight. • Waiters are nice, although misunderstandings (like serving the wrong wine) are not questioned or corrected. Negative: 1. Our room had ants, as they were everywhere right outside on the terrace. 2. The pool water was freezing cold and only partially cleaned. 3. Housekeeping was unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel: in 10 days our bed linen was never changed, shelves and the bathroom were never cleaned. 4. Our balcony/terrace was cleaned only once during the entire stay. 5. Hand soap was not replaced unless we explicitly asked for it. 6. Sunbeds were “reserved” early in the morning by other guests despite the hotel’s rules, and nobody from staff cared to enforce it. 7. We were only told on-site that à la carte restaurants are limited to five visits. For the sixth dinner we had to pay extra – even though we booked all-inclusive. This was never mentioned at check-in. 8. In the evenings, the water lounge sofas were always wet, as they were never dried. It was impossible to enjoy a drink there without ruining your clothes. 9. The pool area is slippery because wet floors are never dried. 10. There are several unmarked steps throughout the resort – we personally witnessed multiple people tripping, and one woman hurt her foot badly. 11. In our bathroom, every time we took a shower, foam came out of the drain in the neighboring toilet – highly unhygienic and unacceptable. 12. The minibar was not refilled regularly. Conclusion: For our honeymoon, we expected a dreamlike, worry-free experience. Instead, we got a beautiful backdrop with serious shortcomings in cleanliness, service, and organization. The one night in the villa was nice, but it couldn’t make up for everything else. For a resort claiming to be five-star, this was deeply disappointing. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not justified.

Where do I start with this place. 8 restaurants with top quality food, beautiful resort 1 min walk from beach, the room was cleaned daily and had everything, however what really made this experience the best for me was the politeness and treatment from ALL of the staff here..they literally are all happy and will go out there way to help you …made me and my partner feel like king and queen. I would defo recommend this resort. I sadly don’t think I’ll return tho as the world a large place and I don’t plan visit came place twice but if I happen to be in the area possibly. Than it so much Stella island for the experience you gave us .

Me and my wife went for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The staff are brilliant - Caterina and Ian in particular made us feel so special, and Natassa, George and Mary were all so friendly. For me, the amazing food was a highlight. We didnt have a single meal that we were disappointed with and some of the dishes blew us away! I would advise that you book your evening a la carte meals as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment. The drinks included were good, especially some of the red wines and stella artois on tap which is great. It never felt too busy, no stress about finding a sunbed or anything like that! The entertainment team were also great and I'd highly recommend catching a show or 2. We can't recommend Stella Island enough, and will definitely be going back in the future.

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed. Everything from the food to the drinks are high quality. Stella Island truely lives up to the hype.

My Wife and I decided to visit this resort for our honeymoon. Sometimes expectations have nothing in common with reality when you arrive, but this was not the case here. I would have to say that reality exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely stay in Grand Overwater Bungalow for 7 nights. Everything was perfect. When we arrived in our bungalow champagne and a delicious dessert was waiting for us to celebrate our honeymoon. Everyone from the service was very kind and helpful at every point of our stay. Cleaning service? Just perfect. They were cleaning our bungalow twice a day. Ladies who took care of that made sure we always have fresh pool towels (even if we used it in the morning they made sure to give us a fresh ones so we don’t have to use the same ones later the same day) Dimitris and Giannis who work in Makuti - Infinity Bar provided the best service I ever experienced in any hotel or resort. These guys made sure we never have to worry about drinks, cocktails or lunch and they always checked frequently if we need anything and delivered it straight to our terrace. Food was amazing. What surprised me was that every restaurant had a lunch menu which wasn’t just a buffet but more likely a restaurant experience. Everything was always fresh and mini-bar was always filled to the full. This was truly unforgettable All Inclusive experience. After visiting a couple 5-star hotels in all over the Europe I can easily say that I didn’t experience All Inclusive as good as the one at Stella Island.

We had a mixed experience at Stella Island. It’s a visually stunning resort with beautiful surroundings and friendly staff—but unfortunately, several avoidable issues left us feeling underwhelmed, especially considering the price point. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, paying £1,000 per night, and while the room itself was aesthetically pleasing, there were a few significant downsides. The wooden beams creaked loudly throughout the night and early morning due to temperature changes. As a light sleeper, this disrupted my sleep every night. I raised this with guest relations, who acknowledged it's a known issue, but for a luxury resort of this level, I feel design materials should have been chosen more thoughtfully. Another repeated issue was the lack of replenished water in our minibar. On two consecutive days, it wasn’t restocked, and the second time I had to call reception twice before it was addressed—again, not what you'd expect at this price point. The drainage system in the bungalow was also problematic. After a 15-minute shower, our entire room flooded. Housekeeping did their best to clean up, but no explanation was given, and maintenance simply ran water down the drain for 30 seconds before leaving. We shortened our showers for the rest of the trip to avoid a repeat. The bathroom lighting was a bit dim, which made getting ready a bit tricky, especially for applying makeup. Also, there was no full-length mirror in the room. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at without one. Dining was a mixed bag. Most of the à la carte restaurants were enjoyable—especially the Japanese, which was excellent. The staff were attentive and ensured drinks were topped up frequently. However, the steak restaurant fell short. After adjusting our reservation time earlier in the day, the restaurant hadn’t been informed. It took a long time to get served, and I was given ice-cold red wine, which was only explained after I brought it up twice. I’d had the same wine at the Oceania and Vegara restaurants, and it had been served perfectly. The chips served with the steak were clearly frozen—not what you'd expect in a premium restaurant when even the buffet had better ones. Breakfast service also had its flaws. Coffee orders were frequently wrong—on one occasion, I received two incorrect coffees before the correct one finally arrived. Despite these issues, the staff overall were lovely and tried their best to make guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to George at the Paraiso bar, who remembered our room number and drink order after just one visit—small touches like that made a difference. Yiannis from Makuti bar was great and made sure we always had drinks at our bungalow. Nik the buggy driver was also lovely and always greeted us with a warm smile and hello. In summary, Stella Island is a beautiful resort and may be worth considering if you have a lot of disposable income. However, at £6,000 for 6 nights, we expected a flawless experience and didn’t qu

What a fabulous time we’ve just had at Stella Island, the staff are so friendly and happy to help to make sure you have an amazing stay. Big shout out to Kosta (main pool by reception) and Katerina (head waitress at Paraiso) such great members of the S.I team. The hotel is just beautiful, so clean and even though it was full it never felt crowded. We were a group of 7 girls celebrating our 40th’s, and it was such a relaxing environment. We had premium pool view rooms which were so spacious. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than we imagined, but it’s lovely to explore it all. The food is another level for an all inclusive, so many different options to choose from and love the fact that you don’t have to go to the buffet every night and get the option to go to the various al a carte restaurants once. The lady who checked us in booked all our table reservations for us which was perfect. We also did a private sunset boat tour to dia island which was beautiful with snacks and drinks included, all organised by the events team. The spa is also beautiful and well worth a little treat! The night time entertainment was to a good standard, the only criticism is it’s not very long and usually all over by 11.15pm. The music after the entertainment could be a bit better, we made a request for a song but was told it was a set list and they’re not allowed to play anything else. After the entertainment it falls a bit flat and most people leave Paraiso and there’s nothing else to do. So if you’re wanting to party you’d need to get a taxi and go to Hersonissos, which we did one night! The hotel is very much aimed at couples and honeymooners, hence why the entertainment finishes early. There is a beach out the back gate of the hotel but it’s not very nice, it’s very rocky and not much sand. There’s also a couple of shops too, you can always ask the staff to take you down on the buggy as the resort is quite big! Overall everything was wonderful at this beautiful hotel and the best place to relax!
