Lovely spacious rooms, very comfortable beds , air conditioned comfort. Spotlessly clean. Rooms serviced everyday. Lovely fresh bedding and towels high quality. Breakfast included in our rate and it is very nice. Changes each day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great resort. The beaches on this island are superb. It just happens the one directly in front of hotel is a compromise. Positives are free sun beds with attentive service for drinks and snacks from the hotel bar. Positives are is very close to the magnificent harbour for lunches or dinners from an array of restaurants. Seafood especially . We have moved around the island staying in various resorts this hotel is a great place to stay as a base to visit the west of the island beaches either by road or by road. There are lovely small crystal clear coves just the other side of the harbour for swimming if you really don’t want to use the one in front of the hotel. I would stay here again.

I arrived and there was nobody to help at reception. The owner was at the beach. When she arrived back 15 mins later, I was told I had to pay an extra 20 euros because we were 1 adult and 2 children…. Even though I had booked for the correct number of people. I paid her the 20 euros as I was too tired to argue.
The room only had towels, pillows and sheets for two people instead of 3. My sheet was dirty.
I was sent a feedback form that evening so I filled it in saying the check-in hadn’t gone well.
The following morning, the hotel owner was aggressive and really cross that I hadn’t given her a glowing review. She told me I had to change it. The argument went on for at least 20 mins. She refused to book me a taxi.
I think if you are looking for a basic hotel for if you are going windsurfing all day, this hotel would be fine. Just don’t expect any niceness.

We didn't stayed at the hotel we just bought coffee from their cafe and we asked for my coffee to be light with just one shot and they ignored my request. It was strong as hell. Then i went again because i thought it was just a mistake. I asked again for a light coffee and they did it again so strong i couldn't drink it.

Structure located in a strategic place, kind staff, especially the owner and the gentleman who served the umbrellas; absolutely rude instead the mother of the owner who at our check out agreed for 13 with the owner, already at 12 yelled asking us to leave the room immediately. Too bad to lose points for these small details ... however at 13.05 punctually and as agreed we left the structure..

Abbiamo passato una piacevole giornata sulla spiaggia attrezzata di questo resort a Vassiliki. La sorpresa è stata che basta consumare 3€ a persona per poter usufruire di ombrellone e lettini per tutta la giornata gratuitamente. I frappè che abbiamo ordinato ci sono stati portati direttamente sotto l'ombrellone ed erano molto grandi. Certo, i lettini non saranno i più nuovi e comodi dell'isola (ma in realtà si trovano gli stessi in molte altre spiagge) però per quella che è la richiesta economica assolutamente non si può farselo scappare.

Zimmer zweckmäßig , sauber, Klima, Kühlschrank, sehr gute Matrazen, etwas mehr Ablage oder ein Kasten für Bekleidung wäre nett. Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück ausreichend, Strand sehr nahe, Liegen und Sonnenschirm gratis, Wasser ist zum baden seicht mann solte Richtung zu den Surfern gehen.
