Pyszne jedzenie, bardzo czysto. Miła, pomocna obsługa. Wszystko sprawne. Hotel przy pięknej plaży z super barem plażowym. Przejście na plażę pod ulicą, co jednak nie stanowi żadnego problemu, jeżdżą meleksy. Animacje na wysokim poziomie.

Μείναμε στο Anemos Luxury Grand Resort για τέσσερις ημέρες με τα δύο παιδιά μας και πραγματικά περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εντυπωσιακό, με προσεγμένους χώρους, όμορφο περιβάλλον και μια αίσθηση πολυτέλειας που σε κάνει να χαλαρώνεις από την πρώτη στιγμή. Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν με τις νεροτσουλήθρες, το mini golf και το ping pong, ενώ οι πισίνες ήταν καθαρές και ασφαλείς για μικρούς και μεγάλους. Υπήρχαν δραστηριότητες που τα κρατούσαν απασχολημένα και χαρούμενα όλη μέρα, δίνοντάς μας κι εμάς την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουμε χαλαρές στιγμές. Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό: ο μπουφές είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία και ποιότητα, ενώ τα à la carte εστιατόρια προσέφεραν μια πιο ιδιαίτερη γαστρονομική εμπειρία, με γεύσεις που πραγματικά μας εντυπωσίασαν. Τα δωμάτια ήταν ευρύχωρα, πεντακάθαρα και πολύ άνετα, ιδανικά για οικογένεια. Αξίζει επίσης να αναφέρω το προσωπικό, που ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε κάθε μας ανάγκη – κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή. Συνολικά, το Anemos Luxury Grand Resort είναι ένας προορισμός που συνδυάζει πολυτέλεια, ψυχαγωγία και φιλοξενία σε άριστο επίπεδο. Περάσαμε τέσσερις μέρες γεμάτες ξεκούραση, διασκέδαση και χαμόγελα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!

We stayed at Anemos Luxury Grand Resort in Crete for 10 days on holiday. The room was not very big, but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fine, although the shower and bath were combined—I personally prefer a separate shower as it feels safer. Our room overlooked the parking lot, but we could still enjoy a nice sea view. The staff were generally very friendly, helpful, and professional, especially in the restaurants. The only exception was the shop attendant, who was less welcoming. One thing that surprised us was that all excursions had to be paid in cash, which felt unusual for a 5-star hotel. The restaurants were excellent, especially the main restaurant and Sirocco—great food and super friendly service. The pool and beach areas were very clean and well maintained. The location was okay, but unfortunately there was no boulevard with shops directly around the hotel. Overall, we had a super relaxing holiday and would recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for comfort, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere.

We visited in August 2024 as a family of 4, with a 12 and 10 year old. We genuinely couldn't fault the hotel. We're returning in August 2026 for our 40th birthdays. Room: Our room was at the back of the resort near the waterpark. It was huge, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and we never once heard any noise when sleeping/at night. Perfect . Food: we felt the food was superb. Buffet was plentiful, very tasty, lots of variety. We also ate at the greek and the meat a la cart restaurants which were superb. We sometimes ate lunch down at the beach which was lovely down by the sea. Pools: no sunbed hogging and could always get beds at any time of the day. This is unusual for many hotels but is something that we were so thankful for. We could take our time getting up, having breakfast and chilling a bit before going to the pool. We tended to stay up by the waterpark area and genuinely most mornings we were the only people there until 11-11:30am. Our boys loved the slides and spent hours everyday on the them! The water polo was also great and very competitive!! Beach: beach is lovely. Sea was lovely but there was a day where the red flags were out and the sea was very rough. Bear this in mind if you love being in the sea everyday. The next day it was like a mill pond. The restaurant on the beach was really good as mentioned. Walking to the beach takes 5-10 mins from the front of the hotel and through the underpass. Entertainment: we enjoyed the entertainment, especially the live music which was really good. Drinks: we thought drinks were superb. Cocktails strong, in the proper glasses that they should be. Staff: staff were all lovely, polite and helpful. Honestly, we couldn't fault it. We're English and there wasn't many Brits there which we quite liked!

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza in famiglia. La camera era spaziosa, ben arredata e confortevole, anche se forse si potrebbe prestare un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia nei dettagli. Le piscine sono molto belle e ben tenute, adatte sia agli adulti che ai bambini. Il cibo è buono, con una buona varietà al buffet, ma consiglierei di indicare con maggiore chiarezza la presenza di allergeni nei vari piatti, per chi ha intolleranze o esigenze alimentari specifiche. Ottima la posizione: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, con un mare davvero eccellente. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso all’Anemos Luxury Grand Resort. Il servizio e l’assistenza alla clientela sono stati eccellenti: lo staff sempre gentile, disponibile e attento, sia prima dell’arrivo che durante tutta la permanenza. La struttura è davvero di altissimo livello: moderna, elegante e con tutti i comfort. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto accogliente. Il cibo ci ha colpiti positivamente: al ristorante principale a buffet abbiamo trovato sempre piatti di qualità, pesce fresco e tanta varietà. La colazione è stata una delle migliori mai provate, ricca e abbondante. Da non perdere il ristorante Sirocco sulla spiaggia, dove abbiamo vissuto una cena romantica indimenticabile in un’atmosfera magica. Nel complesso darei 5/5 e consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a chi cerca una vacanza di lusso e relax a Creta.
