Apollo Hotel 1

Very relaxing stay. If you want a full on holiday this is not for you. However if you are looking for a relaxing Greek stay it is good. This is our second visit and will go back again.

Our family was in apollo 7 days. We lost our bag during transfer from airport, but hotel staff helped us to recover it, they called all around the island and did everything that was possible to do without any extra change. We had breakfasts and dinner-supper. Food in breakfast wasn't very different, but was good, all drinks were included. Dinner-supper was good and different, but drinks aren't included, even water. We had big and clean room, with TV and conditioner. Cleaning of room was amazing, they changed our towels every day, cleared floor, bad and everything else. We had room with see and mountain view at same time. Swimming pool is not big but very clean and conformable. We were almost alone in swimming pool. It is allowed to swim 24/7. There is only one little disadvantage 15 minutes to walk to the sea.

Where do I start. First we got scammed by love holidays and paid 115e a night and we were informed we got the 45e a day deal in disgusting apartment that was about 20mins walk from main hotel. There was loads of wood lice outside every morning and no light whatsoever. All inclusive was not in fact all inclusive only selected spirits no cocktails, not even oryginal cola. When room was cleaned all rubbish was left there only bed was done and fresh towels left when we tied up and left it in visible place in bin bag. The meals were disgraceful and we couldn’t even force ourselves to eat it after paying for it we had all our meals out. Over all worse experience ever we checked out 3 days easily and as we left they tried to scam us again and make us pay tax for days we wouldn’t be staying even tho we leaft 3 days early and should of covered our tax but still made us pay. They also didn’t want to refund our transfer we tried to cancel month before arrival as we were getting car.

We travelled as a group of 2 young girls. This hotel is advertised as 4-star, but that’s extremely misleading — it’s barely 3- star quality at a stretch. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The drinks were awful. There was barely any choice, and everything tasted awful and identical — whether you ordered an alcoholic drink or a soft drink, it was the same mess. We couldn’t stomach the alcoholic drinks and as two young girls that’s what our holiday was for, drinking and enjoying the sunshine. Around the pool, there weren’t even sunbeds set up unless you went and asked, which is just ridiculous. You’re left standing there while staff act like it’s a hassle to do their job. I will admit the pool area is presented nicely with a lovely view however, this is tainted by the bad experience. The food situation was even worse. They scrapped the buffet entirely at dinner time, blaming the low number of guests, and instead served random pre-made plates without asking anyone about dietary needs. What we were given was bland, greasy, and completely unappealing. The staff were shockingly rude except for one lady who served the food, she was lovely. Not only were they unhelpful and dismissive, but they actually spoke about us in front of us like we weren’t even there. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We couldn’t take it any longer and left after just two nights. It was that bad. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place — it’s a complete waste of money and not even close to the standard they claim.

The hotel services were good- rooms were nice and comfortable, hence staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the diet of fresh organic ingredients and fruits we enough everything. In overall it was a great stay at this hotel .
