Tuve qué solicitar dos cambios de habitación, el primero porque había cucarachas en mi habitación y el segundo porque en Internet no llegaba, en la tercera habitación otra vez había animales y no quisieron devolverme la última noche que ya había pagado pero no podía quedarme una noche más en ese hotel. Pero abusaron alegando que lo había pagado por ******* y que no podían regresar nada, les pedí que el gerente se comunicara conmigo, para tratar este asunto pero ya tiene una semana y no se ha reportado

El personal muy grosero el del turno de noche , las camas son incómodas no existe un control de aire acondicionado para poner el aire a la temperatura que uno desea el baño sucio no hay buena iluminación en los cuartos el foco no alumbra nada ni en la habitación ni en el baño la comida del restaurante no es buena
