The Ice Castles are about 1 mile away!The house and studio apartment are situated on an expansive private lot with great mountain views and sounds of the river across the street. The studio backs up to 14 private wooded acres creating the perfect peaceful NH mountain escape. Guests can walk out the door and access hiking the Gordon Pond Hiking Trail from the driveway.The apartment sits above a 2-car garage that guests may use for covered parking for 2 vehicles.Guests will find a staircase with private entrance to the studio apartment. The studio has a queen bed, full size pull out sleeper sofa, full kitchen, full bathroom, and seating/dining area.Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome if added to the reservation.
