Since the start of 2024, we have renovated and adapted our apartments to have up to 12 People and to provide you with the best service. This Listing Is not shared. This Reservation comes with full use of the whole apartment. You can feel at home in this cozy apartment. Relax peacefully with your family. Our wifi is one word: Spectacular. With a capacity for over 40 Devices. Have hot water, 4 Air Conditioners. Just Only One Rule : Please Avoid loud music late at night, and avoid jumping. You can access the entire apartment on the second floor. When you open the front door of the building, there is a common area for the use of the people on the 1st floor also who enter the house. The apartment has a door that will be used by the guests. So, you will have the entire second to yourself and will not be sharing it with anyone. Floor to yourselves. Feel free to use all space inside the comfortable bedroom kitchen, and bathroom. I will be available 24/7 via calls or texts for any issues you may have. We are constantly in communication with our guests and are always looking for ways to help make their stay with us more enjoyable. We are one block in the middle of the two main avenues, East Bergenline Avenue and West Kennedy Blvd. Through Kennedy Boulevard, take bus 154.
