Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #5) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.This second-floor apartment is brand new with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)! Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave. You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.We recognize that cleanliness is a concern at this time. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We are a 4 minute drive from the mouth of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. That puts a grand total of about 20 minutes from the time you leave the house until you are on the slopes skiing. In the summer time we are just minutes away from thousands of incredible hikes where you can go and see beautiful wildflowers, wildlife (Moose, Elk, Deer, Fox, Porcupine and much more) lakes and waterfalls, climbing routes, and mountain biking destinations. With our close proximity to Snowbird you can take a tram ride up and take advantage of all their other fun activities they offer like the alpine roller coaster, zip lines, and alpine slide, Oktoberfest and much more. Temple square and This is the Place Heritage Park are really close along with Thanksgiving point where they host the Tulip Festival and have a petting zoo. Gardener Village is a cute old historic flour mill with 22 retail shops and a close place to visit. We are close to City Creek, the outlets at Traverse Mountain and many other shopping areas. A visit to Olympic Park in quaint Park City Utah is less than 40 minutes away. We would be happy to give you plenty of other ideas of fun places to visit.
