The location of Naomi Studio Wellington Hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel counter are professional and attentive. The breakfast is very rich and the service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The decoration of the hotel is retro and beautiful. It is highly recommended.

Comfy hotel apt in the city centre! Had everything what you need; dish /washer, dryer, fridge, stove. 2 vending machines downstairs for drinks and snacks. Parking on site is limited ($35). Cleaning could be improved since there is a lot of dust in the room.

It has a retro and elegant temperament, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is just right. The parking facilities have a fixed area in the dedicated parking lot next door, and the instructions are very clear. The location of the hotel is very good, but the entrance is a little small and it took a while to find it.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, next to the Parliament Building, not far from the ferry, the room is spacious and clean, with kitchen facilities similar to an apartment, very suitable for family travel. The breakfast has fewer types than Hilton, but the quality is okay, 35nzd is half price for a child (my family is 3 and a half years old), and the hotel helps with parking for 40nzd, which is still very convenient. After all, the hotels in Wellington are basically not easy to park, after all, the city center is very expensive.
The view from the room is good, there is a green area outside the window, which is the local cemetery (the locals don't mind these, it's very similar to Japan), and I personally don't think it matters, after all, the environment is very good.

The location is very good. You can drive here from New Plymouth and arrive not long after getting off the highway. You can walk to various check-in spots in Wellington. It is almost in the middle of the Parliament Building and the Museum.
We booked a two-bedroom apartment. The living room is quite large, there are two bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We even cooked a meal during our two-night stay. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, the taste is OK, you can eat there. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. It is close to Cuba Street and there is also a Newworld red supermarket nearby.

Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient.
The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

Excellent location with friendly staff. We were able to check in early at around noon. The room was spacious and clean. Complementary light continental breakfast (bread loaves, spreads, cereals, milk, coffee machine and juices) are provided to all guests. You don't have to pay extra for breakfast.

VV.C.What a fantastic hotel/apt studio right in the heart of Wellington CBD. For the price and amenities, it really can't be beaten. I'd paid more previously at TRYP, but this Quest location is far better. 👍 Although the room is the same size, it has far more amenities w a kitchenette, eating area, washer/dryer and toiletries. Right outside it's easy to find eateries and you're in walking distance of the cable car, the museum, shopping and sundries.
Can't recommend this place enough if you want bang for your buck, and you don't plan on being in the room long. Great for layovers.
P.s.- they have limited reception hours, so if you're arriving after 7pm or require assistance, this place might not be for you. Very self-service.

GGuest UserThe Sebel is a new hotel that provides a comfortable room in a location just outside the CBD. The kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and electric hobb means you can stay in and cook or head into the city.
A supermarket is only about 10 minutes' walk away.

GGuest UserWe have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights.
Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing.
I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

TTINGWEIThe hotel does not provide breakfast, but the location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a supermarket within 10 minutes' walk. The train station, long-distance bus (with the train station) station, and the ferry terminal can be walked. It's downhill from Wellington's busiest commercial street, three minutes away. During the day, you can take the elevator down from the office building to the commercial street, and at night you can go down the steps. The hotel has parking.
We booked a double bed room, the bed was big enough, and two people sleep very well. If you have children, you can book a twin room, that is, a large bed and a normal single bed.
The hotel is also very convenient to the airport, and it takes 20 minutes by taxi.
The hotel is very clean, and the washing machine, induction cooker, microwave oven, oven, cooker hood, as well as pots and plates, knives and forks are very complete, making cooking very convenient.
In a word, I like it and I'm satisfied. If I go to Wellington, I will definitely stay in the hotel again.

PPattersonAlways thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Very convenient, a step away from central Courtenay Place. Parking is convenient and easily accessed. Rooms are fully equipped with kitchenette that has its own dishwasher/cooktop/fridge etc. super comfy bed and nice little balcony. Really nice open plan bathroom/wet room and lighting is great for dolling up! It’s the PERFECT spot for a night out on the town. Always will be booking here for when I am needing to spend my night in Central Wellington for events. Christian H at the counter is a very nice and welcoming work colleague.

Go left and go to Victoria University. In short, I am very satisfied, I am sorry that I have not been able to stay for a few more days.
