Lovely sunny ground floor apartment with 1 bedroom (with queen bed) and open plan living area (with sleeper couch and single bed) opening onto a garden and pool area. 3 beds in total sleeps 5 max. Other options include floor mattresses, small caravan with space for 2 (parked with cars, 15 m from apartment). Big groups not ideal but only if desperate! 1 shower, 1 toilet. Own kitchenette. 2 plate cooker and microwave. No oven. Basic breakfast provisions provided (fruit, cereal, bread, tea, coffee, milk, spreads).Garden and pool shared with owner. Own seating and bbq area. Large supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within 1- 5km distance. Location is very central to CBD (5km) and beach (12km) - you can even cycle there if you want! We have bicycles you can use.Bus stop 10 min walk away every half hour. We are situated in a quiet rural setting only 3 minutes from the outer edge of town. We have lots of mature trees adorned with native birds adding to relaxing ambience. On arrival you drive under a tree lined driveway to your private stand alone studio, located near hosts residence, but given all privacy and space to guests. You have private access to come and go as you please with spacious & secure parking directly in front for car, boat, trailer, bikes etc. We offer comfortable, clean, modern accommodation that provides all the luxuries of a home away from home, with many special touches to surprise and delight our guests. From the time you arrive to the time you leave we want our guests to have the most memorable stay and the yearning to return for more. Inside you will find modern interiors in a spacious studio set up with brand new appliances, from a new coffee machine to the soft spa sized towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook with a bench top oven, hobs, slow cooker, microwave and a full sized fridge/freezer and an outdoor bbq. Alternatively we can certainly recommend some great restaurants, cafes or takeaways within a 2 minute drive.Relax on the leather sofa while watching Netflix on our 55" smart tv or make use of the unlimited internet and get a bit of work done (we have an office chair available for added comfort to use at the table in the studio). The queen size bed is made ready for your arrival with clean quality linen, extra pillows, electric blanket. In the bathroom are extra large spa sized bath towels, soaps & toiletries plus soft bathrobes to enjoy after a shower. The studio has air conditioning which will keep an ambient temperature regardless of summer or winter conditions. At the rear of the studio you can enjoy your very own private, sunny tropical garden & courtyard area with a small outdoor fire and seating for 2. Our guests are welcome to use the saltwater pool available during summer months (shared with your hosts but all privacy given). We have a picturesque sunset deck with comfortable chairs overlooking rural valley views and stunning sunsets. We have a picnic basket and blanket in the studio for those that wish to add that extra special touch to their sunset viewing or trip to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beaches.We do not provide breakfast but can arrange this upon request with an extra charge. Or enjoy the wonderful cafes nearby which we are happy to give directions to.
