I stayed in the safari room twice before renewing, and both children and adults were very satisfied, so I stayed in the safari room again this time. Many people were worried that it would be a shame if it was renewed by word of mouth ... but that anxiety is right. I'm sorry for the good points, but there are only a few. The lobby lounge was delicious with free sweets, juices, wine, etc. The safari room has not changed and the children were delighted! !! I was happy to have a picture book and animal stuffed toy in the elevator hall. Bad point The children's play space in the lobby is really for small children ... (My child is in the first grade of elementary school, so I enjoyed it at the last minute) It says that even preschoolers are in the first place, so don't play. It may be, but I was wondering what it was. I wanted to drink it because there is draft beer in the lobby lounge ... beer barrel? I was struggling to exchange it ... I wonder if I've done it many times, so it's smooth Let's make it possible. I waited for a long time and finally got a draft beer. The lighting in the hotel was dark overall (the atmosphere was good to say well), and the dust flying in the air was amazing. English notation is the main and then Japanese. I think it was for foreigners. The best thing I want you to improve is the dinner buffet. Was the food for children corn soup, Napolitan and potatoes? I forgot, but that's all ... There were several types of weaning food. Adult dishes didn't taste good, probably because they were multinational. Depending on the age of your child, there may be almost nothing that your child can eat. Fried chicken is also spicy, so it's not very good, but children can't. My child is allergic to nuts, but I had no choice but to give butter chicken curry because I had nothing to eat. I wonder if it's okay because it's sweet. This may be said to be bad for parents, but it seems that cashew nuts were used for butter chicken curry, and it became anaphylaxis. The child was coughing like vomiting during the meal, so I hurried back to the room, called the front desk and asked if butter chicken curry had nuts, and when I looked it up, it turned into a call back. At the turn of the last time ... I was told that I didn't understand because there are only 7 allergy displays ... Is it life-threatening? I'm a little angry, and when I tell him to look at the package, I'll turn it back again. Next time I called from a restaurant person and it turned out that cashew nuts were finally included. I have only 7 items to display, and I ate them at the discretion of my parents, so I checked out and came back without saying anything, but if I'm holding a child welcome, Please increase the number of meals for children. At least I want you to prepare curry and fried chicken that is not spicy for children. By the way, curry for children came out for breakfast. Even if you do not display 21 allergic items, you should be able to answer immediately. If you want to make it look like a multinational dish, you don't know what's in it, so it might be better to display 21 items to ensure the safety of the hotel. This time I came back without any problems, but when I think that my child might have died when I was sick, I feel horrified and don't want to go again. I pray that other children will not meet the same eye.

I went there for the first time in a long time. Perhaps because it was a weekday, only the main building was open. The baths are large and the quality of the spring water is rich, so you can soak in a variety of hot springs in one place, and there is also a sauna. The temperature of the shower in the washing room was low, and at this time of year, it was very cold when I was washing my body. The dinner buffet was Hokkaido Fair. The boiled crab was delicious and not salty. The breakfast menu was also interesting, including the melon-flavored soft serve ice cream that was served at dinner, which was also available for breakfast, as well as black bean natto and farm coffee milk.

I entered when it was getting dark in the evening. I was worried because it was the back of Shikishima Farm (ranch), but it was okay. It seemed that the wedding was just over, and many people were about to return. For that reason, it is quiet and calm. Since it is a trip discount, get a coupon and go to the room. It is a quadruple room with 1 extra bed added, but it is large enough and quiet without hearing any outside sounds. Eat out at night. I went back to the bath, but I reserved an open-air bath because it was (Sun) night. There is nothing short of a yukata cup towel in the refrigerator. There is also a fireplace, but this time it is not attached. Breakfast is a buffet with a considerable variety and the taste is satisfactory. There is no time limit. (Sun) Check-in (Mon) is Saitama Prefecture's Day, so it was full except for Chibiko and family. There is no stress because the foreigner can lower the plates you use immediately. I think it would be nice if you like a hotel with a beautiful scenery and calmness. However, there are no shops nearby (within walking distance).

From 20 years ago to 3 years, I went with my parents and our family (sometimes my sister's family) every year. I loved it, so I was happy to choose it as a return gift for hometown tax. After that, I knew that once the business was closed and the owner changed and resumed. I was a little surprised to see HP .... There are dinosaur replicas everywhere. My son who liked the big dinosaur was 32 years old. I went after thinking that I would have been happy at that time. The beautiful forest around the building is still there, but the dinosaur is a little buzzing and buzzing. . The elderly man who explained the room and meal at the front desk seems to be unmotivated and read the stick, and the voice is small and I don't know well. . The room is old. . In addition, the bath ...... The window was not open and the garbage was stuck in the garbage bin, and it entered 3 degrees, but there was no sign that anyone came to check or clean, all the windows were closed, and the ventilation was zero. The locker was rusty, the keys were ragged, and as far as I knew, there was no disinfectant. I could only assume that everything was done on the assumption that no one was the owner of the corona virus.Because dinosaurs were sold, most of the families with small children were. Young people and children are mild or asymptomatic even if they are taken. The meal is also below. Is dinner because I chose the last time zone, the appetizer soy milk Yuba smelled of tun and refrigerator, and the 1 cm square duck meat was dry. The paper pot shabu shabu, small solid fuel 1 pieces, will disappear in a flash, somehow all disappointed. The return gift was a pair of tickets, so I added one person to it. When I made a reservation, I thought it was 〜 because I explained that ”even if I only make one person a Go-To travel object, there are few merits because other 2 people use return gift tickets”. . It was just a trouble? The more I wanted to think, the more I became unsatisfactory. I can't recommend it except for families with small children.

The staff who checked us in was the worst. They spoke very politely, but their explanations were very difficult to understand. Also, when we left the building and were shown around the facility, they silently snatched the map my sister had several times and explained things to me while showing me the map, which surprised me. It's not a hotelier thing, but it's unthinkable as a person. This time, we booked three rooms: my parents, my family, and my sister's family. First, they showed my parents' room, and then we were told to ”cross that bridge,” so we started walking ahead, and behind me, I heard a voice explaining to my sister's family, ”Now, I'll show you where the lounge is.” What, my parents and we can't use the lounge? I thought, so I turned back and asked, ”No, everyone can use the lounge!”... If that's the case, shouldn't they explain it to everyone, including my parents? In the end, only my parents were there when they were explaining where the lounge was, but they repeatedly said, ”This is for use by people up to 12 years old!” I think that's why they do it, because both my family and my sister's family have small children, but I felt very uncomfortable when they repeatedly emphasized something that should have been clear once. The other staff were very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals and activities, but the first woman's nonsensical service bothered us, and the trip left us all feeling unsatisfied.

I stayed with my two sons in the moderation twin of the European Museum. The European Pavilion seems to have been built for years, but I felt particular about the furnishings and cleaned them. I read a book about the hotel in the guest room, but it seems to be designed with a fairly elaborate concept at the time of construction, and I wanted you to continue operating as a hotel from now on. Some of the curtains are aging and tattered, and I thought it would be nice if I could replace them. The bath was a large bath and a private bath, but the spring quality was good and I was able to take a bath comfortably. The large communal bath is old, but the cleaning is clean and I felt the history and put it in slowly. I had dinner on the course, but the appetizers and soup were delicious. The employees also responded according to the manual and there was no more, but I didn't feel uncomfortable. The roast beef was ok. I would like to review the seasoning of fish and chicken dishes as a whole. I have the impression that it is not good for dinner as a whole. The soba noodles at night were also delicious. It may be unusual at Kyoritsu Resort to have soba noodles at night in a Western restaurant. It took a while to serve, but it is stable and delicious. I stayed to participate in an event that was another golf course, but I didn't eat breakfast because I couldn't make it in time at 7:30. I thought it would be nice if you could open it a little earlier or prepare a lunch box (I checked by phone, but I was reluctantly refused if the lunch box was impossible). Isn't it a resort? The attached golf course is a flat course and I felt like I could go around casually, so I wanted to go around with my son if I had the opportunity. If it is nearby, I would like to consider revisiting again. The room I stayed in above was unique and generally satisfied, the meal was subtle whether it was suitable for the price, and the hot springs were satisfactory. It seems to be a unique facility in Kyoritsu resort, and I thought that I would like to consider accommodation if I went to Nasu.
