Accommodation on the first floor in renovated former farmhouse (53 mq.)The apartment we rent is located as seen in the photographs in a location surrounded by woods and can take advantage of the terrace, balcony. We rent to one family at a time, so you won't have to share the spaces with anyone. We live on the ground floor and no contact will be required after your arrival, if you don’t wish it. There is an iron.It's have a hairdryer.You can unload your luggage in the yard where you can park the car.The house, which we called Moment of peace, it is an ideal place for nature lovers, is the starting point for visits to the surrounding art treasures, wine tours and walks in the woods among churches, votive pillars and vineyards.We are only 800 m. from the center of Cocconato where you will find a post office, a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants and wine bars, making it a country for connoisseurs. Staying in Cocconato means enjoy the panoramic view that its position geographical allows, looking "beyond"; means to find oneself during walks in the woods and surrounding area, it means surprising the beauty of the wild flowers that still exist despite industrialization.
