We rent to one family at a time, so you won't have to share the spaces with anyone. We live on the ground floor and no contact will be required after your arrival, if you don’t wish it. There is an iron.It's have a hairdryer.You can unload your luggage in the yard where you can park the car.The house, which we called Moment of peace, it is an ideal place for nature lovers, is the starting point for visits to the surrounding art treasures, wine tours and walks in the woods among churches, votive pillars and vineyards.We are only 800 m. from the center of Cocconato where you will find a post office, a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants and wine bars, making it a country for connoisseurs. Staying in Cocconato means enjoy the panoramic view that its position geographical allows, looking "beyond"; means to find oneself during walks in the woods and surrounding area, it means surprising the beauty of the wild flowers that still exist despite industrialization. Cherry, apple, peache and pear trees in flower leaves speechless.After visiting the surroundings of Cocconato and shopping for wines you can visit the Romanesque churches, Vezzolano Abbey, Chieri with its many churches, Asti, with its history and the Palio in September, Venaria Reale, Turin, with its museums, and its nightlife.Those who love to swim a pool can be found about 5 km. We live on the ground floor and no contact will be required after your arrival, if you don’t wish it.The apartment (115 mq.) has 7 beds The apartment is located on the first floor and has a terrace where you can have your meals, seeing the mountains on clear days, observing the flight of birds among which often buzzards.The kitchen is fully equipped (pots and pans, fridge, gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster)- The washer and dryer are located on the ground floor.- A hair dryer and iron are available.- There is a fireplace in one room- There is air conditioning in the room with the fireplace and in the kitchenBehind the house there is a lawn from which you can go down to the orchard where you can stop in the shade or enjoy the sun, organize a barbecue or let the children play on the lawn.Cocconato is at the center of an area rich in Romanesque churches located in nearby locations (Montechiaro, Montiglio, Cortazzone, Cerreto and Albugnano) being an area crossed by the paths of the Via Francigena, a road traveled by European pilgrims to reach Rome and the Holy Land.Built between the eleventh and twelfth centuries, they were a stopping place on the way and churches of small villages that stood on the hills.Some are in good condition, some are less, but all are worth a visit if only for their always splendid panoramic position.Staying in Cocconato means enjoying the view of the great panoramic spaces that its geographical position allows, looking 'beyond'; it means finding yourself while walking in the woods and in the surroundings, it means being amazedthe beauty of the wild blooms that still exist despiteindustrialization. This street passes a few meters from our house.Anyone wishing to cover it in two days (trekking and mountain biking) will make a stop in Cocconato.Those who love swimming can find a swimming pool about 10 km away in Boscorotondo and the Codana swimming pool (8 km.) Is being opened for spring 2018. In Asti there is a water park.An 18-hole golf course is 20 km away. It's have a hairdryer.Cocconato is a village that comes alive during the summer, when more and more tourists arrive who want to discover this part of Italy not yet known, but rich in ancient culture and gastronomic tradition.Nobody passes by without tasting a good wine or a traditional meal!In September there is an exhibition-market of our "Cocco wine" wines and on the last Sunday of September there is the Palio degli donkeys, a competitive race through the villages preceded by a parade in medieval costume that recalls the history of the village, the ancient crafts, or moments of the life of the past.Cocconato has Roman origins and the remains of the 10th century Radicati castle are still visible.Cocconato is in the middle of an area rich in Romanesque churches located in nearby locations (Montechiaro, Montiglio, Cerreto S.
