GGuest UserWir haben eine Nacht mit drei Personen (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind) im Appart’City Classic in Chalon-sur-Saône verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral – ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch das Konzept mit der kleinen Küchenzeile ist grundsätzlich praktisch für Familien.
Leider gab es mehrere Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt haben:
– Badezimmer: Nach dem Duschen stand das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser. Der Abfluss funktionierte offensichtlich nicht richtig. Wer duschte, musste anschließend selbst den Boden trocknen – keine angenehme Aufgabe im Urlaub. Der nächste Gast hatte dann direkt wieder nasse Füße, selbst nur beim Zähneputzen.
– Küchenzeile: Die Arbeitsplatte neben dem Spülbecken war schief eingebaut. Wasser, das beim Abwasch daneben ging, floss direkt auf den Boden – erneut mussten wir mit Handtüchern wischen.
– Zugang zum Hotel: Der Zettel mit den Zugangscodes für das Gebäude war viel zu klein gedruckt. Bei Dunkelheit war der Text kaum zu entziffern – das ist gerade bei später Anreise sehr unpraktisch.
Positiv zu erwähnen sind die gute Bettenqualität und die zentrale Lage. Mit einer gründlichen Instandsetzung dieser Mängel wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.
