The apartment is located in a traffic-deadlock, right on Dornumersieler low. The apartment is in the 4th Floor in the house Norderney and "only accessible by stairs". It is fully equipped and habitable throughout the year. The distance to the beach and harbor is about 10-15 minutes, to shops, restaurants u. Cafes 5-10 minutes. In the kitchenette you have cooking facilities on a 4-plate stove and a dining counter. There is also a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, egg and kettle. In the apartment there is a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area for 2 persons. There is a TV in the living area. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. The balcony with garden furniture offers a wonderful panoramic view. A parking space belongs to the apartment as well as 4 bicycles at your leisure.
