The lobby can also directly access the visitor center. Service: The hotel sent welcome fruit and souvenir tea very intimately, not only that, but also sent a nightingale at night, really warm! The breakfast is very rich, not only has local specialty dock noodles, there are various coffee options in the coffee machine, even chocolate milk, etc. The key is to choose even the sugar degree, it is really great! The staff are also very enthusiastic ～ Environment: There are pavilions and pavilions inside the hotel, small bridges and flowing water, like a big house full of lanterns, it is very beautiful! You can directly enter the scenic area from the restaurant. Although the scenic area is not big, it is very exquisite, especially the night view is really beautiful. If the weather is good at 8 pm, you can also watch the water performance for free. The carving building of the garden coffee shop next to the 1 foot garden is also beautiful. In short, you must take a walk with your children! Hygienic: The room is large and very clean, the bedding is also fragrant, that is, the pillow is a bit high for me. Facilities: Everything else is fine, that is, if the toilet lid can be replaced with a heating automatic flushing. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel. Ji Hotel surprised me with their excellent design, modern yet hip & you have got more than you bargained for. Not just the aesthetics which is highly appealing but the comfort of its sofa chairs & round balcony table which can be used as a coffee cum desk table. Well equipped & well spaced with just about enough for everything. Newly opened but I believe that the front desk personnel needs to be better trained to handle foreigners (or are they very new without a supervisor in attendance?)as we have been subjected to the inconvenience of producing our passports to them for photocopying during check in & subsequently the very next day. Certainly, they lack professionalism in this regard.

I'm a regular customer, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good for this price. I have a problem to report during my stay this time: the air return vent of the air conditioner is noisy and needs to be repaired. Everything else was fine, the accommodation and breakfast were good. Will come again next time on business trip.

It was a very pleasant stay experience. The hotel facilities are very new and very quiet. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. When I said my clothes were stained with oil, she took the initiative to give me a small packet of laundry detergent. The breakfast is very rich, including not only regular staple food, but also coffee, freshly made waffles, noodle and wonton stew, and several kinds of fruits. The toiletries in the bathroom are also good. There is a gym on the first floor. Just outside the door is Jiangdong Park. The Ciwu noodles opposite the door are delicious. The popular Jiangdong dumplings and Laomuzi fried chicken are close to the starting price of a taxi. The price/performance ratio is very high. The room was a bit messy when I checked out, so I took pictures of the room next door that was being tidied up.

出行寶藏之選 —— 諸暨泊雅酒店 出行多虧了攜程的推薦，讓我邂逅了諸暨泊雅酒店，這一趟旅行也因此變得更加完美！ 一踏入酒店，就能感受到那撲面而來的整潔與温馨。大堂地面光潔如鏡，沒有一絲灰塵，綠植生機勃勃，為整個空間增添了一份活力。前台的佈置簡潔大方，各種指示標識清晰明瞭，讓人瞬間就有了賓至如歸的感覺。 進入房間，更是讓我眼前一亮。房間裏的一切都乾淨得無可挑剔，床單被套潔白如雪，摸上去柔軟順滑，沒有任何褶皺和污漬，一看就是經過精心更換和整理的。傢俱擺放整齊，桌面、窗台一塵不染，衞生間裏的馬桶、淋浴間等設施也都擦拭得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點水漬和異味。在這樣乾淨舒適的環境里居住，心情都變得格外舒暢，每天遊玩回來，往床上一躺，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散了。 酒店的工作人員更是熱情周到得沒話説。從辦理入住手續時，前台小姐姐那温暖的笑容和耐心的指引，到入住期間客房服務人員的貼心關懷，每一個細節都讓人倍感温暖。當我們對周邊的旅遊景點不太瞭解時，工作人員會主動為我們提供詳細的攻略和建議，還幫我們規劃了合理的行程路線，讓我們的遊玩變得更加輕鬆愉快。而且，無論什麼時候遇到問題，衹要向他們尋求幫助，他們都會第一時間響應，並且迅速地幫我們解決。 春節期間，酒店還精心準備了一些節日活動和裝飾，營造出了濃濃的節日氛圍，讓我們在異鄉也能感受到家的温暖。 這次入住諸暨泊雅酒店的體驗真的太棒了，攜程的推薦果然靠譜。以後再來諸暨，我一定還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給其他來遊玩的朋友們！

The room was very large and I was very satisfied with the space; but the toilet smelled bad and couldn't bear it. The first TV remote control was bad and the TV could not be turned on. The disposable slippers on the first day were of poor quality. I almost slipped during breakfast and changed the slippers with better quality the next day.  There is a very old bath towel, and there are holes. It should not be placed there for guests to use. When I went to the front desk to complain about this old towel, the person in charge on duty actually said that it is best to bring a bath towel by myself. This reply makes people feel very shocked. There is no professionalism in the hotel service industry at all. There are also a few things that left a very good impression on me. For example, I forgot the mobile phone charging plug and a service staff lent me one; when I left, I called and traveled, and the waiter provided a lot of help; Thank you very much for the cleaning staff, clean in time, add necessary supplies, there is no shortage every day. 

The hotel is directly opposite Wanda. There are not too many eats nearby, but there is a nourishing and healthy chicken. Awesome. Just in time for the rainy day, the hotel's air conditioner is not yet hot. It's too cold! I just went to drink a few bowls of hot soup to warm my body. The takeaway is crayfish. Season fit. Haha overall not bad.
