首先感謝老闆。對於我們後續的換房需求特別耐心支持，帶着長者看房，後來換了個長者滿意的房子。麻將機卡牌也很快來修理。對於我們的問題和需求都很熱心的有回覆。特別滿意。 但是作為房子本身，提點意見。2號樓確實比較老舊，房間整體還算可以。但是衞生間確實太舊了。洗手池下水不暢，反味。袋裝的洗髮露我真的多少年沒見過了。。還有拖鞋，看着真是一言難盡。漱口杯子上還掛着牙膏痕跡。我們都自己買的一次性紙杯用的。燒水壺的線短的懷疑人生，根本沒法放在桌上，夠不到牆上的插線板。一共兩間卧室，一間的門沒有把手，另一件關門費死勁明顯特別澀。陽台的晾衣架歪歪斜斜，幾個衣架子也是那種特別簡陋的鐵藝架子。垃圾桶的替換袋子沒有。 綜上所述，希望老闆能多多改進，對的起你這麼好的服務，也對得起這麼棒的海景，更對得起一晚上將近一千的房費。很多細節，稍微用心，感受就會大不相同。 最後還是感謝老闆的熱情周到服務！

位置很不錯，很好找，能看到日出，180度的大陽台，孩子非常喜歡，房間比較乾淨整潔，晚上還能看到樓下放的煙花，整體感覺非常好，就是價格有點小貴。唯一就是窗簾太透光，早上天一亮，孩子就醒了，尤其夏天，5點就起床了，建議安裝一個遮光窗簾。
