As its name suggests, it's really a sweet home to stay! The owner CiCi is caring and considerate and has prepared the house in every detailed way to make sure us lacking nothing thoughout our stay! You will have everything you need in the kitchen and washroom. Besides, the house is warmly decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the washing and drying machine is highly efficient! One day when the temperature suddenly dropped drastically, CiCi had kindly reminded us to use the floor heating to warm the house! We really appreciated it very much!! Though the location is not very close to a SkyTrain station, it is still very convenient to get around by public transport. I will recommend this sweet home to anyone!!

The rooms are very modern and have just enough details included in them to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect if you have classes or business on campus. Everything is within walking distance. Someone designed the space very well to not feel too cramped but include all the comforts of home. The efficiency kitchen includes a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. Basic plates, bowls, cups/glasses, and flatware are included. A pot and pan are also included, although I would have liked to have seen a spatula. I appreciated the energy-saving lighting that was thoughtfully placed throughout the room and bathroom. Indirect lighting provided perfect study lighting. Overall - a very comfortable, efficient, and convenient stay. I will definitely return when I need to return to the campus.
The new house is of high quality, clean, and comfortable. It includes comfortable furniture and thoughtful travel essentials (bed, , dining table and chairs, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer ) and the bathroom is fully equipped with KOHLER fixtures.

Paradox Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. We typically stay at Four Seasons, Fairmont’s, and other hotels similar to these types of hotels. Paradox had first class service starting at the valet (Marty), along with all individuals at the front counter. To top off our stay, we had Andrew from concierges that took great care of us, as he went above and beyond for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. -I will be writing a person letter to Andrew, for all the amazing things he did to make our stay so memorable. It’s hard to put into words the results of our trip, as all of it was amazing, from the lounge (Megan/Morgan/Vanessa were all fantastic and were extremely friendly. To the Mansion nightclub, where everyone was fantastic and provided amazing service, as we decided to get table service for the birthday celebration. If anyone is contemplating staying at the Paradox, do not think twice about booking, you will not regret it. Also, amazing walking distance to so many amazing shops and restaurants. All-in-all, we will be back to see all the amazing people we met and we look forward to our next trip to the Paradox Hotel.

(My name is anonymized to protect my identity for this review) This review was delayed due to an ongoing police investigation about our stay here in the Versante Hotel. My wife and I booked our stay at the Versante hotel, originally from Monday, August 29th until Saturday, August 3rd. We booked the penthouse suite on the 14th floor and loved it so much that we cancelled our reservations at the Fairmont hotel, just so we can extend our stay before we go to the airport for our family trip on the 6th. What we thought was going to be one of the most relaxing stays through our hotel experience quickly turned into a nightmare at the Versante hotel. It was a betrayal of trust from the Versante hotel staff and what Versante portrayed their company’s values to be. I would like to mention there were a few notable staff members that were exceptional and compassionate, and it’s a shame that this experience would reflect poorly on the hard working individuals who really tried to make our stay memorable. What had occurred in your hotel with the staff members that you hired to take care of your guests was unbelievably heartbreaking and I do not wish for anyone to go through what my wife and I had to witness. On Tuesday, August 30th we booked for a hot stone massage at Spa Versante and confirmed our booking for a shuttle the next day at 3:45PM. Manager Yasin was the one who had confirmed our shuttle booking for the spa the next day at 3:45PM. On Wednesday, August 31st at 315PM we received a call from our hotel room (1404) from Nini, the front desk receptionist. Nini asked to confirm if we had booked a shuttle for 330PM. We then told her it was confirmed for 345PM. She said OK and we hung up. At 345PM my wife went downstairs to meet the shuttle that we had booked the day before for my wife’s spa appointment. There was no shuttle. My wife asked the Valet who was there and he asked her for her name and said it was not ticketed. He then took my wife to the receptionist who was working at the front, named Nini, and asked about the shuttle booking. My wife informed her about her appointment at the spa and shuttle booking, which should have made it obvious to Nini that the booking was for the Versante Spa further away. Nini then told her there was no shuttle that goes to the spa and it only goes to YVR. Ultimately, Nini said my wife wasn’t booked for a shuttle. When my wife told her we had received a phone call from her (at 315PM) to confirm our shuttle, Nini had denied making any calls to our room. Nini then told my wife there wasn’t a shuttle coming and pointed at the door and told her to walk. Nini did not provide any help or resolution, she had dismissed my wife’s needs as a guest and failed to provide her with adequate information for her confirmed bookings at Versante Spa. It was only two girls working, Nini and Monica at front desk. Upon speaking in person with Nini, my wife recognized her voice on the phone. She had denied ever calling my room to confir

This is a very clean and welcoming hotel! Unfortunately a few amenities were out of service as they are currently renovating (hot tub and bicycles) but everything else was fantastic. They also accommodated an early check in and late check out with zero surcharge. We would definitely stay here again!

TTori RWe stayed here in June 2023 and had a great experience. This August we booked with Level on Seymour in Yaletown again and unfortunately the stay was underwhelming. The fold-out couch didn't have any bedding on it and I was made to get my own and carry it to my room myself as they didn't have any cleaning staff available. I had to do the same thing with towels. Our suite didn't even have a table in it despite the full kitchen. We didn't get our room cleaned once in our 4 night stay. Now I am aware that the standards for getting the rooms made up have changed, but as a family it would have been nice to have the option of having the sheets changed and new towels offered. The service was just not up to par for a very expensive stay.

GGavin AndrewSuite with one bed in a room, two beds in the main room which is an open studio to a kitchen. Small balcony too!
Great location at the end of Robson Street so can walk into the action, but still fairly quiet.
Prob want to open the windows to air the room out a bit after cleaning, but perfectly fine.
Watch out for small charges. We didn't hit any tripwires, but there is a 2.4% charge for credit card and clean up fees if you leave dirty dishes and such. So don't leave in a hurry!
Check in and check out was quick. The hotel doesn't seem to have facilities, but when you have a kitchen in the room, quite OK!
Would def go again. Note that the old hotel name is still on the front, so don't be confused. Worked out fine.

YYALANBecause the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

SSGC43Check In Arrived at 10 NOT expecting to be given a room as we knew that the check in time was 4pm. The reception staff were very hopeful that the room would be ready quickly and we would be phoned when it was. They said our room had been prioritised. So we went off for a walk. 1230 pm- no phone, no room. Room finally given at 330. Bags of rubbish were sitting in front of the room in the corridor! Considering that checkout was 12 noon, it is taking the room service an incredibly long time to do up the room. Room Very spacious but very dated. Wall paper peeling off in some areas. Cleanliness was average. Beds comfortable. Location Absolutely fantastic. Heart of downtown- next to Robson street. Summary Great potential. Let down by the housekeeping and the dated decor. Not value for money (I paid nearly £450 per night)!

MMINGThe location is superb, just beside Stanley Park, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk left and walk. There are running lanes and bicycle lanes in the park, and each lane does not interfere with each other and is very safe. Walk along the park to the Rose Garden and Aquarium, or walk to Second Beach. Two blocks from the hotel to the right is Den*** street, there is a fruit shop at two intersections to the right, at the intersection, his family's apples and oranges are delicious and cheap, until 9 o'clock in the evening. There is a big living supermarket across the road. Everything is there. Compared to several supermarkets, his family's things are the cheapest and the cherries are super delicious. Bus 5 is on this street and you can sit directly in the city centre or at Burrard Sky Station. The hotel itself has no special features. There is no courtyard. It is a four-story apartment. It is a suite. The two-room single-bath Basic Suite was originally booked. Two rooms were required at the time of booking. At the time, it was there. After arriving at the hotel, It was told that only the high-price double-room type was available. After flying for more than ten hours, I was too lazy to fight again. I added 50 knives every night to make an upgrade. The hotel does not provide slippers, dental equipment, etc. The kitchen equipment is very complete. There are ovens, microwave ovens, and cooking. It can provide larger knives and cutting boards. Of course, it is incomparable with domestic ones. It can be used together, and can also provide rice cookers. And the conversion plug, but only a single request. The overall price/performance ratio is OK, suitable for family outings.
