My husband and I just returned from visiting Au Charmant Petit Lac and found it to be one of the most beautifully-situated and charming hotels we have ever stayed at. The entire staff (Elena and everyone else that we came into contact with at the bar, lobby and restaurants) were so helpful and attentive, and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The breakfast in the main room downstairs was a big highlight - so delicious and bountiful and fresh. LOVED it! And we loved walking up to Lo Bistrot for dinner each night (included in our package) - the was delicious and we loved the vibe downstairs. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know and will definitely plan to be back some day, hopefully in the near future.

La chambre est petite mais très propre, le service est parfait, la voiture est stationnée à l'intérieur sous l'hôtel avec un service impeccable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est servi à table et c'est copieux, possibilité de commander des œufs cuisinés de différentes façons.

Grâce à Qoqa, nous sommes allés à Champoluc, dans un décor féérique d'hiver (neige et soleil). Cet hôtel de luxe est relativement récent. Notre expérience de prendre l'apéritif sur notre terrasse est à recommander. Les employé(e)s sont aux petits soins. Il y a plein d'idées créatives, par exemple dans l'opulent plateau de petit déjeuner, les cours de yoga soft et de wakeup dans la piscine.

Bella vacanza...sicuramente si meritano le 5 stelle per l'accoglienza e il servizio attento...accolgono l'ospite con diverse "coccole"...struttura vicino gli impianti di risalita...bellissimo il parco per fare le passeggiate...colazione sublime...personale gentilissimo e molto premuroso

Il vero concetto di ospitalita’ in tutte le sue sfaccettature, dalla colazione servita (non a buffet ma molto abbondante) con ingredienti vari e particolari, l’architettura di montagna calda e tipica ma innovativa, i vari servizi per coccolare l’ospite, la spa e la piscina con tante piccole attenzioni, il ristorante con cucina da produttori/ingredienti locali . E al di sopra di tutto la gentilezza di tutto lo staff (guide e attivita’ per gli ospiti comprese …ex. la ciaspolata)

Une lieu agréable, mais pas le meilleur pour les enfants tout petite. On a fait 1 nuit la bas. Le premier jour a été un peu difficile avec la sensation que les enfants ne sont pas le public préféré de l’hôtel. Lors de notre arrivé, on a demandé l’activité de pêche. Après 3h, on est revenu pour redemander l’activité et la réponse a été négative, car selon la dame la réservation devrait être fait 2h avant. Après un peu d’insistente elle nous a permis à faire. Le deuxième problème a été avec la réservation du resto de l’hôtel. Bien qu’on a demandé la réservation lors du check-in, il n’était pas réservé. Ils nous ont adressé à un autre resto dehors de l’hôtel, que selon eux il a été plus familiaux. Un vrai catastrophe pour nous. Heureusement, la direction de l’hôtel a pu rattrapé tout cet inconfort, le jour suivant, on a senti un vrai accueil et un sensation d’être bienvenus avec les enfants. Points forts, le personnel du bar a été super avec les enfants. La piscine du spa est accessible aux enfants et la massage est super!!! Personal du bar
