We have just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. We stayed in one of the third floor refurbished rooms and it’s one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in at a ski hotel. The shower was amazing! We had a mezzanine room so our children slept upstairs in twin beds. The hotel is so warm and welcoming - the staff cannot do enough to help. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options. The afternoon tea was vast with soups, cakes and canapés. There were generally two options for dinner which were sometimes not to my daughter’s liking but the hotel staff would always provide her with a bowl of plain pasta instead. The bar area is very social and we had a wonderful time getting to know other guests. The gondola is literally 20 steps from the hotel door and you can ski back in on a black run or get the gondola back down. If you wanted to look for flaws then the boot room is not perfect with only 2 heated boot spikes for a 4 person room but honestly - everything else is so perfect that it’s a minor detail.

Hotel Champoluc is a good three star hotel. The food is delicious and a good variety of breakfast. We were in a triple room which was comfortable. Couldn’t get closer to the gondola so a really good location. The staff are very friendly and attentive too. Good ski area lots of reds but not many blues. The mountain restaurants that we went in were all reasonable priced and friendly. Not the best place for much else going on. Champoluc itself is very small and quiet.

Ho soggiornato diverse volte in questo hotel che trovo praticamente perfetto! Si trova in una posizione strategica, centrale, e consente di fare molte e svariate passeggiate, si trova accanto all’impianto di risalita. La cortesia e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff è ineccepibile, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e la colazione è davvero ottima e varia. È presente anche il ristorante dove si può cenare la sera. Insomma…. Il mio hotel del cuore in Val d’Ayas!!!

Albergo situato a ridosso della stazione della cabinovia, ma in posizione defilata e tranquilla. Camere ordinate e pulite, bagno grande con la vasca e con accessori da aggiornare. Colazione ricca, con settore dedicato ai celiaci e indicazione degli allergeni per tutti i prodotti esposti (p.es. era segnalato che uno dei succhi di frutta poteva avere il glutine). Anche il menù della cena aveva delle opzioni senza glutine, ho preso dei gnocchi tra i migliori che abbia mai trovato.

La posizione di questo hotel è perfetta per gli sciatori e questo è un grande vantaggio. Ho apprezzato la cortesia e la simpatia dei proprietari. La nostra camera era spaziosa, il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare e probabilmente la proprietà sta procedendo a poco a poco. La sostituzione della moquette nei corridoi sarà sicuramente il primo lavoro da fare. Si dorme bene, null'altro da eccepire.
