Prenotato anche quest'anno perché quello che è particolare è la spa e.la possibilita di stare tranquilli all'aria aperta nel verde.
Purtroppo questa volta anche in questo non abbiano trovato ciò che ricordavamo . Troppe persone , probabilmente dall esterno e quindi impossibile godersi qualche ora tranquilli.

Ho regalato al mio compagno un buono per le terme con camera, cena e colazione dal valore di quasi 500 €, sono incinta e tra due mesi scade il buono, quindi li contatto solo per sapere all'incirca la temperatura dell'acqua e mi rispondono che purtroppo l'entrata alle donne in gravidanza è vietata, e da contratto posso solo prolungare (pagando) il buono di altri 6 mesi, dicendomi in più che il voucher non è nominativo, facendomi intendere che potrei donare quel buono a qualcun altro, io non ho davvero parole per questa scorrettezza, e lo farò controllare, visto che attualmente mi vietano giustamente l'ingresso ma a questa mia condizione dovreste offrire più di 6 mesi visto che la gravidanza dura di più. I miei complimenti, si intascano i soldi ma non fanno un minimo passo verso il benessere dei clienti.

Prima esperienza al QC Terme Montebianco. La struttura è veramente bella, curata nei particolari e con una vista mozzafiato. La SPA è molto articolata con vari punti che rendono la permanenza estremamente piacevole. La camera, assolutamente migliorabile, era in stile baita e con un comodo balconcino con vista piscina. Decisamente bocciato il bagno, lo scarico malfunzionante del lavandino, la vetustità della vasca e della rubinetteria a supporto del doccino lo rendono assolutamente inadeguato per un hotel di questo livello. Colazione eccellente sia nella qualità che nella varietà dell'offerta. Il personale nella quasi totalità si è dimostrato cortese e preparato. In conclusione, il resort è curato e la SPA strepitosa. Peccato per il bagno e per la camera che, tenuto conto delle aspettative generate dal contesto e dai prezzi praticati, penalizzano il soggiorno e quindi il giudizio finale, per questo ho dato solo 3 pallini.
