€70 a night was a lot to pay when there was no breakfast provided. However the location was good and the staff excellent.

Ho pagato, ma non ho dormito. Ho commesso l'errore di lasciare in camera il microscopico foglietto con il codice di accesso della porta dell'hotel. Non è stato possibile contattare nessuno, e quindi entrare in hotel, perché al numero della reception non rispondono e fuori non ha indicato un numero per le urgenze. Dicono che NON VOGLIONO ESSERE DISTURBATI!!!! Ho dovuto cercare in piena notte un altro albergo, dormire senza bagagli ( dal momento che erano rimasti in camera) . Alle rimostranze, la receptionist sostiene che non sia un problema che la riguarda. Alla richiesta di restituzione delle somme pagate per una camera a cui non è stato possibile accedere, neanche finge di ascoltare.
