The hotel is well located in Aosta, which makes it easy for sightseeing and restaurants. The rooms were good and spacious. The hotel staff was nice and spoke fluently in different languages (English, French…). The breakfast was really nice although the fruit juices weren’t our cup of tea 😅 An overall great stay.

While the rooms are very nice, bed is wide and spacious and location is fine also no special view unless you like street, parking or industrial complex. Nevertheless the reception service spoiled the overall experience. Tather inflexible not to say unfriendly. We would expect more assistance when asking for simple services like power for e-Bike. At the end it worked out, due to the help of other Guests.

Liked We had a suite which was bright and airy. Great central location in Aosta, clean hotel with friendly staff. A free car park was situated only a few yards away (not the one directly outside, that one is chargeable). Disliked Overpriced compared to other hotels in the area.

Siamo stati in questo hotel ad inizio giugno. La camera dell'hotel era molto bella spaziosa e pulita. La colazione è ottima e con vasta scelta a buffet. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e cortese, sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel e sicuramente ci ritorneremo in una prossima vacanza in Aosta.

...ma alla fine la nostra esperienza in questo hotel non vale tre stelle, forse nemmeno due. È il classico city hotel senza parcheggio con camere claustrofobiche minuscole. Atmosfera e colazione tipica di catene internazionali, quindi incolore (nonostante i colori dei fenicotteri in camera) e insapore. Sinceramente non saprei cosa salvare dall'esperienza. Anzi, una cosa la salverei: il fatto che non ho pagato io.
