Most instagramable hotel. Staff friendly and premium breakfast. Room was well equipped and comfortable.

The hotel's location is the best among all the hotels I have stayed in. Although the price is a bit expensive, the service level of the staff inside is very good. It has been a long time since I felt that everyone greeted me in the morning in a hotel other than a five-star hotel. For now, this is the best hotel I've stayed in Tohoku besides a hot spring hotel.

The location is a total scam. Just think of it as being inside Aomori Station, and the facilities are great. Since it’s inside the station, there are a lot of shops inside, so it’s very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the lobby. The spa was great, and the lounge on the floor where the spa is was nice. And the ice cream was free! This hotel made me want to come back to Aomori again. I’ll visit again next time I come to Aomori!

You will step into pitfalls and you must be very careful. Moreover, there is a person at the front desk who will tell you. The English-speaking staff was very rude. When I double checked that the Mina bar in the room was missing a bottle of water, she did not admit that she was wrong. I asked her if it was my fault? In addition, even though it is a five-star hotel, some small details still do not meet the five-star standards. For example, I saw a thick layer of dust on the door of the manned lift.

The location is good, right next to the pier. You can watch the fireworks in the room and on the hotel platform, but you have to book in advance. Last-minute reservations are not accepted, even if there are not many people on the platform, so we had to go downstairs to wash on the pier. I spent so much money to book a hotel in vain, and in the end I had to watch it with people who didn’t spend the night in Aomori.
