酒店位置很好，出門步行到索道口不到300米，房間很大，乾淨，沒有異味，晚上睡覺很安靜，舒服，有停車場，車位充足。前台服務很熱情，早餐也不錯，總體感覺滿意。

前台客服的服務還是可以的，態度還好。
早餐就不敢恭維了，7點半至9點是早餐時間，8點去，一半東西沒有了，幾乎沒啥吃的，詳見照片。筷子也沒有備夠，服務人員當場洗筷子，然後用熱水泡一下，沒有消毒櫃消毒，就給後面來的客人用。
我們把早餐事宜反映給前台客服，她們也來過問了，問為啥早餐少了，餐廳現場服務人員説今天人太多了，準備不足，忙不過來!真有意思，人多少前台客服應該有統計的，房滿肯定人也滿啊！
後來8點25分上了10多個燒賣，20個左右蒸餃，眨眼就被客人分完了。後面晚來點的又沒有吃到。
建議有住宿需求的，非黃金週就不要住這裏了，外面比這不知強多少倍。長假是沒有辦法，衹能自己將就接受吧！

酒店地理位置優越，就在登山坐索道的入口旁。晚上非常安靜，還可以在外面逛逛，空氣非常好。不過閉園後沒有什麼路燈，這個希望可以改善一下。

房間白天沒發現，晚上在漏水，也是絕了，廁所都進不了，也因此忘記了自己帶的洗髮水洗面奶卸粧油啥的，第二天想起來問客服，説找阿姨核對後就沒下文了，環境你們自己看吧，垃圾

位置很好，遊客服務中心旁邊，登山索道也就在附近。環境幽靜，風景好，房間衞生整潔，服務態度好，早餐也還可以。
