酒店地址很好，距離殷墟博物館和文字博物館都不遠，親子游非常合適。前台Lisa服務也很好，從入住到退房都很細緻，貼心，退房還贈送了小禮物，出行很滿意，有機會再來啦！

這次入住萬達嘉華的體驗超出預期，必須給滿分！
酒店的硬件設施沒得挑，位置更是絕了——緊挨着市中心博物館，不管是出行辦事還是逛吃都特別方便，周邊商圈繁華，美食扎堆，完全不用為吃飯發愁。客房裡的用品質量很在線，而且要東西的話客房服務響應特別快，隨叫隨到的效率讓人覺得很貼心。
更驚喜的是康體中心，健身房設備齊全，想運動隨時都能練；游泳池的水温剛剛好，遊起來特別舒服，完美滿足了放鬆需求，而且可以開桑拿間。
當然，最打動人的還是這裏的軟件服務。尤其是前台工作人員Lisa，全程都展現出超棒的職業素養，不僅熱情主動，還特別周到細心，辦理入住時耐心解答我們的疑問，讓人感覺像朋友一樣親切。入住時還收到了精美的迎賓水果，細節裏全是誠意。酒店真的值得推薦，下次來安陽一定再來！

來安陽旅遊，經過對比最終選擇了萬達嘉華酒店，整體體驗後證明還是沒有選錯。賓客經理Colin提前詢問房間有沒有特殊需求，得知我們自駕，主動提出幫忙預留車位。推薦的特色飯店也很贊，完美體驗本地風味。評論看到會贈送手持電風扇，Colin隨即幫我們用機器人送到房間，很是暖心。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，最喜歡的還是超大的浴缸，遊玩一天回來泡一泡，洗去一身的疲憊！臨時有工作任務需要打印材料，王經理迅速響應，前台協助打印，可謂有求必應！安陽很好，下次還來，萬達酒店不二之選！

酒店位置不錯，位於萬達廣場，周邊吃飯地方多。前台服務非常好，賓客經理Colin提前打電話確認訂單訊息，幫我們房間做了升級，還送了歡迎水果。期間Colin適時地關心我們的需求，有求必應。房間衞生很乾凈，設施齊全，這次還體驗了游泳池。早餐品種豐富，還有特色扁粉菜和胡辣湯。來安陽住這不錯。
