行政房 乾淨 安靜 床舒服 被子枕頭品質很好。空調製冷不錯 沒有噪音。退房時忘記了拖鞋，前台主動聯繫我，客房服務員還給找了乾淨的袋子幫我把拖鞋收好，和打包的行李一併寄存。

房間空間不算很大但足以我跟孩子的要求，令我非常驚喜的是：行政房間可以免費洗三件衣服、可以喝冰箱飲料、還可以申請下午五點退房。簡直太意外了…安陽是個乾淨衞生、有文化積澱、人們非常友善的城市，非常喜歡！比不少網紅城市強太多…

安陽最好的酒店了，畢竟是連鎖大品牌。酒店員工見到你會主動問好，無論是門僮，接待還是樓層內遇到的，這感覺很親切。自駕過來的，停車也很方便，有地下車庫。到達比較累了，晚上酒店吃的自助餐，前台妹妹貼心的讓我買了**直播的優惠券。99元自助晚餐，品種很多。衹是衞生間擦手毛巾上有一根頭髮，過於顯眼了，整體感覺不錯。

酒店位置很好，出行便利，又近靠萬達，周邊生活設施完備，吃喝玩樂全都有。
吐槽一下服務：
前台：前台都很熱情，有提供檸檬水和茶飲，入住體驗感很好，重點表揚一下小何，瞭解我們的出行需求後，主動幫我們辦理了延遲退房，必須贊一個！
禮賓（行李）：到店當天已經晚上8-9點了，還下雨，因為酒店有會議，各個餐廳都包場，衹能出去吃飯，房間裏找了一圈居然沒有雨傘，就想下樓找禮賓部借一把，禮賓部的小夥子找了一圈，告知也沒有傘了，説房間有傘，懶得掰扯，最後淋雨出門吃飯，好在旁邊就是萬達，出門緊跑兩步就完了。
餐廳：餐廳也挺絕，接待會議增加經營無可厚非，可你好歹給留個餐廳可以吃飯啊，所有餐廳全包場的酒店還真是頭一次見。再説説早餐，可能還是會議的緣故，整個早餐過程跟進了蛤蟆坑似的，一片混亂，餐廳服務人員明顯缺乏接待經驗，甚至各聊各的，早餐種類原本就不多，餐食供應也是一塌糊塗。
