因為路過安陽，第一次在酒店過除夕，比預期還好。 前台兩個小姑娘的服務熱情周到，發現問題解決問題也很及時，積極主動不拖沓。 過道和室內裝修很新，簡約現代的法式，裝飾有但不浮誇，是舒服的配色。是注重細節的酒店，設計感十足。圖片仔細看其實是安陽的一些標誌性建築物。電梯裏的按鈕都是很設計特色的。房間很大，垃圾桶很好，洗浴水不要太好了，充沛柔和。智能馬桶，衞生紙架設計可以放手機。室內温度很暖和。隔音效果很好，還送耳塞。不開窗竟然聽不到炮聲。室外視野很好，在新區，也算是湖景房。 屋子有小度智能，可惜入住時壞了，來了兩個人修，都沒修好。折騰了一小時，打電話前台換了隔壁的房間，發現房間小了一點，少了一個窗户，但瑕不掩瑜吧，我更需要小度智能，所以還是五分。機器人送東西也及時，説話可可愛愛的。 洗衣房這個真的是很讚的，世界各地也住過一些酒店，又大又乾淨的法式洗衣房第一次見到。對於長期旅居的人，自助洗衣非常必要。洗衣房旁邊還有小健身房，配套OK。 除夕當晚還有餃子贈送，送一盤就夠啦，還送兩大盤，彰顯貼心温暖。還有送的下午茶和水果，很豐富，吃不完。早餐的餐廳也是雅緻舒適，菜品也很豐富，衹是我有病沒太有胃口。 最後但是重要的，我有點發燒，前台不但很快送來温度計還送來很多水，前台小哥也主動説需要水時就送，很暖心。走的時候還又送了伴手禮和瓶裝水。雖然有病不舒服，還是覺得是一個令人愉快的春節除夕。 以後過節可以改策略，下次可以專程來美居酒店過春節啦。
