如果你珍惜自己的生命，就遠離這個酒店！周邊酒吧KTV大排檔太多了，半夜還很吵。打電話問酒店有沒有耳塞，居然沒有。難道酒店是不知道晚上噪音這麼大嗎？最後，打了12345投訴。坐等結果。

設施：房間總體還行，燈很昏暗，空調聲音大，晚上容易睡不着覺
衞生：差，差的很，空調在房間的一個橫樑上，裏面不知道跟什麼地方相通，‼️還有老鼠🐀，沒拍到照片，當時要被嚇死了，老鼠在空調裏面鑽來鑽去，差點從上面掉下來。（如圖，那裡是一個橫樑，裏面是空的，有一個空調，是否連着其他房間還是連着什麼地方看不到）
服務：很一般，發現老鼠之後聯繫了前台小姐姐，態度還算可以，解決方式是幫我換一個房間，但我問道這個房間之間的橫樑是不是想通的，怕老鼠來回竄，她説她也不知道，到最後也沒有答覆，所以還是很提心吊膽。最後我是當天凌晨1點多實在受不了了，新換的屋子空調聲音還是很大，而且還是害怕是不是會有老鼠🐀掉下來，所以向前台提出退房，但是前台告訴我一分錢都退不了，衹能返按金，由於當時太困了身體也很難受，所以沒再追究。
讓我比較生氣的點是前台對於我在房間的橫樑發現老鼠的事情，沒有任何安慰的話語，不斷重複的衹是：這也是我們第一次遇到這種情況，最後的解決措施就是幫我換一個房間，甚至還提出因為升級房型（還是單人床，並且我個人覺得毫無變化）來索要我的五星好評。
❗️真心覺得價錢和服務不成正比，附近很多酒店的環境和設備都更好，價格也差不太多。
